MG No good Vibrations

I did some recording at MG dealer who says they will never speak to me again about a faulty driveshaft as it's a "characteristic" of the car and not a fault. A fault that MG have attempted to fix previously. Why try fix if it's a characteristic?

It's not the noise that is the issue, it is the vibration. You can feel it through the steering wheel to and when it is really bad there are panel trims that vibrate and make noise.

It is the vibration which I didn't focus on, I only had a short time to try demonstrate the problem to dealer, slipped up a bit but it was booked in for the vibrations

I stipulated all communication by email. You dont ring and talk to dealers. Car goes in next week after 8 months of emails.
