All of these athletes need to SIT DOWN AND RELAX after doing major shows like the Arnold/Olympia as they are still dehydrated, still Glycogen depleted and ripe for injuries.
Nick should not be doing anything to be honest. Ironically I said to him, Regan, Samson, Hassan etc to stop working out at the two week out mark, because the risk of injury gets high with their low glucose/food levels, sleeplessness, tired, neurological efficiency drop etc... and what do you know BAM, Nick tears his hamstring and Hasssan his Tricep..
At the two week out time period, no more muscle can be gained and the only thing they all should be doing is cardio and at best a little light weights just to keep blood circulating. That two week rest allows inflammation to subside, muscle separation to show, striations appear and the body time to recover before the show.
Some athletes were working out right up till show day.

42:00 If you go back and watch, and you guys just showed it, it's not like Hadi stormed off instantly. He was THE FIRST person to congratulate Derek, he clapped, he shook all the "top brasses" hands such as Jake Wood, Robin, Jay and so on. He took his medal, they took pics and THEN he bounced. Should he have stayed up there until they all left? Yes. But people are making this out to be a repeat of Craig "bonfire in the desert" Titus at the USA's. People are so sensitive and looking for something to be outraged about these days it's unbelievable.

@@granddaddyofthemall6320 It's all about the illusion. He might've looked even bigger lighter with deeper cuts ,dryness and separation. He's structurally much bigger and taller looks more like a Mr O. No doubt he was a distant third in this show but a similar level of condition would bring a whole new look to his physique.

@@Marc-co5cj Tall is not an advantage tall is not judged and there's nothing inherently good about tall, so I don't why you brought that up. And what you said about deeper cuts and such he doesn't have that losing more body fat or water doesn't make you have it you have to develop that. Right now he has less muscle on his bones than Hadi and Derek and I don't think he can ever get more muscle on his bones than them because he's a little too tall and he's older than them.

I would really like to see the whole TOP TEN announced. There is ZERO reason not to. They had all ten of them perform their routine(which is great and to be honest I would like to see the whole open class, but I get it) and the routine is what takes the most time. There is NOTHING after the awards so no one is waiting and announcing the top ten would take less than 2 additional minutes, so NO REASON not to. For everyone, including the athletes themselves, not know who placed 6-10 is ridiculous.

Once the stem cell docs tell me, "this is as good as it's going to get," I would start back training, dieting and so on. I think it will be very apparent in a short amount of time if the healing has been enough or not.

I wish Hunter would concentrate on hi supper chest, lower lats and abs; he would place much higher! Brandon should retire...he has the title of Mr. O, nothing to be ashamed of. Nick looked great in pics; but that means absolutely nothing...Regan should have placed 6th or 7th, not sure what the judges are waiting to see from him; hope he takes the time to get some feedback. Andrew is bigger; but lackluster at best. Krizo needs a posing coach...a good one...Derek was great, Hadi was great, Samson was great...a one day show for the big guys would be awesome, I'd like to see everyone peak at their best...I really enjoyed watching all of the divisions, this was quite the expo and well done in Orlando. Hadi hugged Derek twice and posed for 2 shots...it was not great but not that bad either.
