Thanks for the video on this property. In my opinion this house, development, location, and build quality is very good. If you are interested in Pranburi I would take a look at this small but well made development. The homes are solid with thick block construction and good quality window. I wish I could afford to move from Hua Hin to Pranburi to escape all the garage and road side dumping in my area up 102. I would like to buy one of the houses not yet completed and make some layout changes but besides that I consider this property a winner. At the moment the new tax laws here in Thailand have have really slowed down my desire to pay increase taxes to invest in a more upscale location so I will stay in my house for now. I had back surgery 4 months ago was planning to visit Thailand March 5 we really like PKK town but to had cancelled doctors advice to postpone trips flights to long need more time to heal. Wife and me decide wait till end October 2024 visiting Thailand for 3 to 4 week check out 2 different places come back home US get house ready to put on market and we have 1 dog need to get all paperwork for the dog hopefully goes as plan 2025 in February. look forward on your next land purchasing video thank you for all info we learn lots about different types property you both have wonderful day . 🙏

So I started doing my Visa application this morning and it appears I have to have someone to vouch for me, so because I’m doing this myself I actually need a contact in Thailand and I was wondering is it possible for you to be that contact? Hi again. Good news you can disregard that request because I just spoke to the consulate here in Perth and things have progressed. We can now apply for OA visas electronically online. So that is what I’m about to do right now. Hopefully will see you early in May. Let me know if you need anything small brought over .
@@lynnbrooks2430 you've highlighted one of the issues with immigration dept here in Thailand in that they don't communicate changes like applying for OA online. It makes it very difficult to give people accurate information.
Watching from Los Angeles & I luv ur videos, I've been watching almost from the start. Could/would u please say primary bedroom instead of master bedroom? Here in the states we're trying to eliminate some of the colonizer language we'd embedded into our daily use. Thank you 😊

We thought this was a very well built house and was one of our favourites. But we didn't want to pay that amount for a house here in Thailand.

PKK is a nice town and an excellent alternative to Hua Hin - especially if you like it quiet.
