Kroger supermarkets currently has the Kellogs Frosties (Frosted Flakes here) 808g box for US$6.99 (฿237) or ฿0.29/g compared to the 470g box at Big C for ฿219 (US$6.46) or ฿0.47/g. Meat seems relatively on-par with what I see here, maybe a bit less expensive, and fresh produce seems quite a bit less. It pays to buy local for sure. Cheers!

Hi Chris and Linda . Here in poor old straya we get to pay $ 793.10 for the privilege of driving on " roads " that are , simply , not fit for purpose . As a result we have a higher than average death / accident rate . Last Christmas we achieved a record number of fatalities on our " roads " . I guess we've got to excel at something . ☹

That's the guest house/restaurant on the corner of Beach Road & soi Bus station if I'm not mistaken & a Thai omelette has fish sause in it, My Mrs cooks them for me all the time.
