Thinking in my head " I'm not a loser,I got more I can do I know it" did 150 push ups a few days ago I Barley exercised its never to late and don't under estimate yourself God be with you all .
I kicked heroin and fentanyl about 4 months ago. I had no dopamine and when I worked out I started with a few sets totalling 50 pushups. I was sore a week. Now I do weighted dips and hundreds of pushups and workout sometimes twice a day... just keep doing it. If I can...anybody can
Ahh! Yall badasses. I just started working out a couple off weeks ago. I have quite a bit of anxiety and let me tell you that first trip to the gym was TERRIFYING. i sat in My truck for 30 mins trying to get the courage up, never did i just swallowed it and went in. I was very awkward but eh who cares? Sometimes you just have to force yourself to do things.

Do you know what sucks about becoming an adult?! Is that you lose that smile and genuine happiness. Its not the same anymore, especially when you are in mid 20s and just lose the motivation to do greater and depression doesn't really help either. Plus never being experienced the intimacy and some kind of relationships and just feeling lonely. I just feel like this generation fucked up how people view dating and stuff. Plus nowdayspeople mostly don't even wanna put effort.

I have quite a bit of anxiety and let me tell you that first trip to the gym was TERRIFYING. i sat in My truck for 30 mins trying to get the courage up, never did i just swallowed it and went in. I was very awkward but eh who cares? Sometimes you just have to force yourself to do things.
