If it’s day for you, don’t start it by such sad music, I know it’s impossible to have a good day with such mindset but take baby steps, start by drinking two cups of water in the morning and so on.. You will start building little healthy habits.
If it’s evening for you, you’re probably overwhelmed and stressed, I want you to know it’s okay to feel the way you feel. You don’t need to be scared, of course you’re overwhelmed or stressed, I mean who wouldn’t? But it’s important to know that when you feel that way you should do a little self care, such as taking a bath for example? You deserve to feel at ease and relaxed.

Guys, I’m not even depressed and my life is awesome. But seeing what the comments are saying is very bad because it reminds me when I felt the same as you people.
I managed to escape depression focusing on fitness, building muscle and starting a business and making money.
I remember I cried every night listening to this music, but I managed to fix everything.
In the end I want to say I understand how you feel, it’s hard. But remember that God loves you and he is ready to help you fix everything if you put in the effort.
You can make it, I root for you.
But God didn't fix my life,all I have if friends who I can't see daily so and when I'm alone my depression just gets worse,I'll admit,I'm a loner but,now ur making me jealous of ur life tbh😂❤

I keep trying to give up but I’m too scared to and I can’t get any support to help me from suicide I really need help but no one understands how bad my suicidal thoughts are and a lot of things are going on and I just can’t keep up with it all. I've been having hard time's lately even though i just came to 10th grade recently i have been losing my friends i was trying to hide my tears and my parents are scolding me for every small things it's hard and even the person i love is leaving me i just can't hold back my tears .
