I'd add butter bean, mostly because it used to be worse, but now it's really good. Fast charge, repels bullets and enemies, with repelled enemies hurting others, and themselves on walls. I really like it.
I thought this was most underrated? Toxic shock, Neptunus, mercurius and glitched crown are definitely amazing, and people know it. No one underrated these four
