Dude, get a science book. Prior to 1,500 BC...NO HUMAN on Earth worshiped any religion that resembled Judaism, Christianity or Islam. Depending on who was in power in a particular part of the world....determined what kind of 'god' (or 'gods') were worshipped by the people. Then around 1,500 BC, the people who became what we today call 'The Jews' basically decided to simplify what became The Jewish Faith and started The One God Concept....who would be the same 'god' from then on. Then around 2,000 years ago, White People in Europe were like 'The Jews are onto something here. However since The Jews wont let us into their 'club' (that's what religion is..a clubhouse that only lets you in IF you meet certain criteria), we'll created our own club (that took what they liked about Judaism, like The Old Testament.....and added it what became The New Testament) and call it Christianity...which eventually spread like wildfire through Europe. Then around 1,400 years ago....Arabs in The Middle East decided that since White People in Europe didnt want to let them into 'their club'....they would then create their own 'club' and call it Islam. And since then....war after war has been fought between Christians and Muslims (with Jewish people being colateral damage) over who se 'club' should be the dominant 'club' in the world. I just dont have it in me to believe that some MADE UP GOD exists. Study some history dude. Get a science book.

I’m also a Christian and the complete and utter lack of conviction behind many Christians today is frustrating. It’s like someone said it was unkind to believe in biblical truth, so many just said, “fine, no bible for me.” Also, I know many people from before that have converted (I purposefully use the word) from Christianity to LBGT. They used to post bible verses and links to tracts, now it’s just intersectional flags and gender-neutral toddlers that decorate their social media feeds.

First time that I think Andrew's evaluation is very superficial. 1. If you visit i.e. eastern orthodox christians, you will find some VERY based people with strong opinions and traditions. So it's not entire christianity, but more limited to the collective west. 2. The "westernisation" of christianity does not necessarily mean that christianity is weaker than other religions. It's just that liberalism has had the longest contact with christianity. Everything, that liberalism touches, gets westernised after a while. The same thing is happening to islam. Look at Istanbul, for example. Or Marroco. Muslims start to struggle as well. One more point: Tate often times mentions that one of the most peaceful and orderly countries are muslim countries. But this is just the case in first world muslim countries like katar. Go to Pakistan or egypt, much more dangerous. I've never understood how critical thinking can be compatible with religion. Are there not elitists within each religion dictating what their followers do? I think religious exploration/progression is just a continuous questioning of why, essentially. Why are we here? What’s the point? What’s the truth? Depending on who was in power in a particular part of the world....determined what kind of 'god' (or 'gods') were worshipped by the people. However since The Jews wont let us into their 'club' (that's what religion is..a clubhouse that only lets you in IF you meet certain criteria), we'll created our own club (that took what they liked about Judaism, like The Old Testament.....and added it what became The New Testament) and call it Christianity...which eventually spread like wildfire through Europe. Then around 1,400 years ago....Arabs in The Middle East decided that since White People in Europe didnt want to let them into 'their club'....they would then create their own 'club' and call it Islam. I’m also a Christian and the complete and utter lack of conviction behind many Christians today is frustrating. It’s like someone said it was unkind to believe in biblical truth, so many just said, “fine, no bible for me.”
Also, I know many people from before that have converted (I purposefully use the word) from Christianity to LBGT. They used to post bible verses and links to tracts, now it’s just intersectional flags and gender-neutral toddlers that decorate their social media feeds.

As a catholic I agree with the sentiment that the “church” not Catholicism/ Christianity has not been as forefront as it can be because of scandals and Wokeism. First time that I think Andrew's evaluation is very superficial. 1. If you visit i.e. eastern orthodox christians, you will find some VERY based people with strong opinions and traditions. So it's not entire christianity, but more limited to the collective west.
2. The "westernisation" of christianity does not necessarily mean that christianity is weaker than other religions. It's just that liberalism has had the longest contact with christianity. Everything, that liberalism touches, gets westernised after a while. The same thing is happening to islam. Look at Istanbul, for example. Or Marroco. Muslims start to struggle as well.
One more point: Tate often times mentions that one of the most peaceful and orderly countries are muslim countries. But this is just the case in first world muslim countries like katar. Go to Pakistan or egypt, much more dangerous. I think a causality including wealth rather than religion is much more possible here.
