I just started following you the other day, Neisha, and I am loving everything you stand for and promote! Way to go :) keto based almost 4 years and have recently gone very low carb and thinking ketovore for recurring sinus polyps and psoriasis since childhood. Slowly have gotten better but having my last daughter at 38 yrs old threw my body out of whack and that is how I found keto. Now almost 5 yrs on I am thriving and getting better every day. Still a way to go health wise but I’m stepping it up. I haven’t had this kind of every EVER pre keto. Thanks for sharing so much of your lives.

The first birthday party hoopla seems to be something new as babies don’t remember a thing about their party. My son with his first got a plastic pool and that’s where my grandson “ attacked ” his cake in only a diaper. I’ll be 61 in a couple years and life doesn’t end.........I look better than most all of my friends due to Keto. I raised 3 children in the country, ate venison & my children are all blessed for it.
