I have some of these flexible pans and they are fantastic! And now to learn those pastry/baking skills, then I can sit down and eat all the fancy goodies.
Most definitely not highbush cranberries, as these are EXTREMELY bitter and no one in their right mind would use them in a dish (they are edible, but only in desperate situations or if you're a dumb ecology student). They may be red currant, which look like that and tend to come in a vine much like grapes.
