So relaxed , no haven't even YET he obviously has that ability to draw you in as he quietly tells us : the story ' giving the setting in a manner that transfixed one into the time & place making the sheer normalcy of the home & occupants so ordinary that one is truly anticipating where this is going . Others have commented that this lawyer must be new and was assigned this case to get experience because it’s such a slam dunk and that is SPOT ON! It’s very obvious he is trying to ACT comfortable but he is NOT. Facial expressions are not natural and seem contrived. Both hands in his pockets attempts to show he is relaxed and confident but for this lawyer it is a safety net to hide his jitters. Hands out of pocket and he has a very serious and obvious nervous twitch of either touching his face or rubbing his hands together. Hopefully he learns and grows comfortable which will help his story telling which is vital in a more difficult case!

To me that’s not premeditated as anyone that cooks knows those would not be instruments you would purposely plan to use to cut through things. Might as well have brought a butter knife into the mix. This is Joel Guy Jr level of crazy. The moment you involve dismembering for whatever reason, there’s a whole other level of depravity and clearly sone sort of enjoyment in any of the cases I’ve seen. In trying to interpret the prosecutor's choice of words in saying that "Taylor admitted cleaning up the scene... avoiding guilt." That said,, however, it's not totally all the way clear if he's implying that she personally admitted to cleaning up in order to purposefully avoid guilt by sssociation... or if the prosecutor is trying to imply only a speculative conclusion that Taylor MUST (assumption-based) have cleaned up in order to hide her presence at this home. However, it's highly likely that Taylor was aware of others being present in the home (and she even took chances running into Chad"s mother who good chance is even the owner of the home, as well as boyfriend... in attempts to seek out knives and whatever else upstairs from her and Chad's location) and Taylor didn't make much of an attempt to hide evidence from her own roomate upon returning home herself.... And although a defendant cleaning up a scene is typically associated with a cover up of their own DNA... being that Taylor happened to spend so many hours, if not a whole day with Chad's deceased corpse, then it at least doesn't seem safe at this point... to rule out the chance that she could've been performing some kind of "casual cleaning" tasks of whatever sorts. That said, by comparison... if a spouse spends all day preparing a surprise birthday dinner for her husband (along with several family members attending), then in the event she spends the better part of a day preparing food, while also happening to clean as she goes from time to time... it at which point doesn't seem safe to assume that this spouse cleaned up for the sole purpose of not giving away a surprise birthday event. Adfitionally, Taylor did happen to mention to the police that they'd "have fun" finding all of Chad's body parts... that said, if this statement happened to not be even up to purely derogatory, then there's a chance that this mentioning could imply that Taylor is a work-oriented person herself. And especially with there appearing to be a lot indicating the suggestion of a second degree murder occuring, then Taylor might actually be able to legimately plead insanity if she would choose to do so.... Her gruesome and deranged actions taken in all, could perhaps even easily indicate insanity as this murder is a statistcally one out of however many... in contrasting similaries that is.... The influence of a strong drug on the defendant's mental capacity, along with Chad happening to have been unfortunately killed with a convenient item (as opposed to one of which is foreign to the victim's acknowledgement such as a gun or knife) of a sex toy. Everything taken together in all, especially raises the question of insanity.

The prosecutor should've practiced, thought through, and talked through what he was going to say. He was all over the place. All I remember is you are going to see, like I said. He said it so many times... plus, the medical examiner's team found additional legs??? What? 'Additional' as in more than two, more than what an average person would have?! 6:02
If I was on this jury, he would lose me early into his opening speech! I really hope they can present a very strong case so that this young man and his family get the justice they deserve!!!

He starts off describing horrific murder and necrophilia, then immediately descends into comedy. "Additional legs in the minivan", I went from shivering with horror to almost laughing at this clown. Then he repeats over and over how she was "caught red handed with blood on her hands", etc. You're right, this man is a tool. This should be a slam dunk case against this terrible woman, yet this man talks like a student trying to pad out a speech to hit the time minimum.
