This is just what I need! I spent a few dollars on an oat-based cat grass and not sure what to do with it next. And the sweetness of watching your kitties eat it. Good video!

I'm keeping some cat grass away from my cats (wish me luck) in the hope of harvesting seed. I paid $2 for a seed pack with only about 25 seeds in it. So overpriced! Your cats are so cute!

There are different types but these are an oat so they look like grains. I did not get the new seeds to spout :( but I only had about 5-6 to plant lol

Love your video. I got my cat grass to seed and wondering if you can advise when those seeds are ready to plant. Do I need to harvest and let them dry out first?

Thanks. I would let the seeds dry a bit before planting, just to make sure they dont rot in the soil. Good job getting them to seed! I tried that too but only got a couple seeds back.

Did you ever get any seeds?

I don't know a lot about plants. How do you know if the seeds are good to use?
If you get seeds does that mean that it was pollinated properly or could you have "dud" seeds that wont grow?

If the plant produced seeds, they should be good to use, and they should last a few years if stored somewhere dry.
