How do you change teams? I clicked on the wrong team and it keeps showing the inaccurate team even though our coach invited me to the correct team
Go to your account, click "my events," and then you can change your team for the event. The team you affiliated with, and the team you registered for the event under, are two different things.

How do I refund the event I purchased the wrong one
Go to the event's page. Click on the event menu and select help / tutorial. There is a form you can fill out to get a refund.
