I made it and it was good. I did mine with oven at 400 for 15 minutes then flipped for 5. Added topping and back in for 5 and it was quite delicious. Thank you.

I worked at a pizza restaurant as a kid, and we used 80% mozzarella, 10% provolone and 10% cheddar. Not only does this add depth of flavor and color, it also moderates the elasticity of the mozzarella. To this day, I always approximate the same cheese recipe. I think you can find pre-made mixes at the store that are identified as "Italian style." These typically have parmesan instead of cheddar, and may even have a better taste. I've been known to just go with 80% mozzarella and 20% parm reg. I've even skipped the crust alternatives and simply used a layer of parm reg as a substitute. It crisps up well. PS: I've tried canned chicken before, but I haven't tried minced. I'll give it a try. I plan to look at the macros to make sure it's not too much protein and too little fat (which can encourage gluconeogenesis.)

Glucogenesis is incredibly unlikely. It takes too much of the body's energy to create the effect and your body doesn't want to do it, especially if you're fat adjusted. So please do not worry about it being likely. It's not likely.

Okay so I wish I would’ve known this lol I used ground chicken and didn’t squeeze all the water out I guess and it has been a hot mess. Still in the process of getting the crust golden brown in the air fryer and when I flipped it, it broke in half :/ still gonna continue and try to trust the process lol. Any tips for my next time making it?? And I’d love to know what you prefer canned chicken or the ground chicken. Cause I have plenty of canned chicken in my cabinets lol

I like that you don't have to add the eggs & cheese into it because then you can top the pizza with more cheese!

I wonder if the reason why using ground chicken as the crust replacement works so well because you can season the chicken to mirror a dough product easily? I know that ground chicken will take on pretty much any flavor you add to it. So yeah… I’m thinking it is a good crest replacement. I’ve never tried it but I’m definitely going to. Thank you for mentioning the air fryer liners! I stopped the video in the middle and jumped right over to Amazon and ordered them! They happen to be on a flash sale so I got 160 pieces for $11! Idk bout u but I jus tried the cheese and egg crust one and it ended up just tasting like triangles slices of chicken with marinara and cheese lol idk if I did it wrong but that crust DID NOT resemble a pizza crust. Ima try hers next time hopefully it comes out better because I was severely let down for my first attempt at chicken crust pizza.

I've done this before and enjoyed it. I even make it with hamburger as the crust. My kids like the hamburger better I like both. I even have done it so my kids can make their own personal pizza it makes for a fun family activity
Well....Bravo, just Bravo! I just made this pizza crust and topping recipe. It was very good, even though I had to come up with a quick pizza sauce with what I had on hand (tomato paste + rotel diced tomatoes, onion and jalapeño pepper). I'm sure your version is better, but I'm super impressed at this chicken crust pizza. I think I'm going to roll out the remainder of the ground chicken, place between parchment paper in a freezer bag in the freezer and do this again in a day or two. Note: I did make a mistake by putting the crust on 2 sheets of parshment paper and placed that into a silicone bakeware that fits my airfryer nicely. I believe doing this caused condensation to collect between the potential crust and the silicone pan, causing a longer cook time in the airfryer. I salvaged it by lifting out the pizza and replacing with a new parchment liner and minus the silicone pan. Just sharing this so no one else need make my mistake. Overall...this recipe is a Winner...winner...chicken dinner. 😂😊
Liked the idea but didn't have ground chicken. Used ground turkey with italian seasoning. Also, used keto Alfredo sauce with mozarella, pineapple and black olives. Not too bad but can't wait to try your pizza.

It turned out really well. I put it on a perforated pizza pan lined with parchment paper and I had to double the cooking time to make sure that it was cooked right through. I might try it with my oven on convection next time. Very tasty.

Nice, I love it, I use cheese and nutritional yeast in the chicken, makes it taste like pizza dough. Also makes it super crispy.

I put ground chicken/turkey on a George Foreman grill, press it with the grill, then top it and transfer to the oven. So good.

I use a round cake pan in my air fyer. It fits perfectly & it's easier to keep it clean. 👍

My wife and I made one. We used canned chicken drained well, and topped with pepperoni, ground beef, ground sausage, bacon, and cheese.
