I went to gym and got pain in right leg joint after 3 days pain spreaded to left leg joint I took arthritis medicine prescribed by ortho twice a day for 5 days pain got relieved for 10 days and continued rest medicine and got relieved for 1 month again I felt pain in left leg joint and went to physiotherapist but pain didn't get recovered despite putting spine injection due to dural ectasia shown in mri and went to neuro said pain is not caused by dural ectasia, and after few days I started feeling pain in nee,numbness .finally dr told me to do blood test in that I got HLA B27 positive result . IS AS IS ALSO CAUSED BY GYM EXERCISE?I'm felling sad that I cannot cannot go to gym to reduce my belly.

There is no fixed duration. There is no fixed course of biologics. It will be required for whatever time it takes to keep AS activity under control.

Yes. It can start. MRI of the spine can reveal inflammation in the joint made by rib with spine.

Please see a rheumatologist & get a proper diagnosis in the first place. HLA B27 + alone does not necessarily mean ankylosing spondylitis
