My only suggestion to any farmer. Is to farm on planets with a near 0 liberation rating. As losing or giving up loses twice the victory points of someone winning. This actively ruins the galactic gameplay and story for others otherwise. Edit: Wow Im glad to see so many others also agree with keeping the war moving for liberty. Also after doing a fair number of these myself. Completing the mission until extraction is still under 10 mins, very fast! Which is a better option that contributes liberation towards winning instead of taking away. Edit2: With so many people saying this is false. I had commented below that this video pre-dates the dev response on twitter. But it seems many are missing it. Prior to the question everyone assumed losing a match counted. As the first game did this. My original response above is still mostly correct. We may not lose liberation by failing. Though doing a quick ten minute grind to help liberation still helps the war. Planet liberation is a hitpoint regen per hour and currently needs 100k players winning to overcome the planet regen. So any planet with 1-50k players remaining at 0% is not going to suffer or gain from rapid farming. It will always be at 0% making for no aid. However rapidly farming victories does help liberate a planet faster with over 100k players. Keep that in mind for high value planets offering appealing rewards. Check out (helldivers[dot]io) for a live feed of planet stats and regen can be changed at any time by the devs. Additionally super credit spawns were stealth nerfed in the early 2024 march balance patch. Prior I could find between 3-9 stacks of SC per match, 9 being very rare once every week. Now you can expect between 1-3 stacks per match as average. I have played many grind rounds and many normal. So can confirm we get less now. The early day SC boost is over. Which like any pay element game was going to get reduced anyway, its expected.

Decided to try this out with random matchmaking down. Always had the thought to try this even before the video, it’s actually a very easy farm but I’d only recommend it if you absolutely need an armor from the super store. Otherwise regular gameplay with get you what you need. The planet Durgen in Automaton space is great for this right now.
After doing this for a bit to get an explosive resistant medium armor for 400: I think flag raising seems to be the best map. All pois are in a circle around it, the map is relatively open and you get a lot of pois. You can just hover over the map until you get the minor place of interest text and pin it. Enable the compass for poi detection. Being a team could also be useful for the vaults. On an unrelated point. I hope the devs add a resource sink for requisition slips and samples otherwise especially samples might get completely ignored by endgame players. Perhaps they should add a promotion system like DRG for lvl 50+.
Quick tip from what i have found On bug planets, ive found that eliminate brood commanders and illegal broadcast mission generally give more pois, but this might just be a coincidence
You can do this on trivial missions with a squad of 2+ and the way the game generated points of interest is heavily favored. Anything below hard the pods will only have credits medals or weapons. The zone is almost devoid of enemies so more points of interest spawn in a fixed amount within 100m of each other. You can easily get 1000 or more (plus a nice chunk of medals if you're already grinding for that sweet fire shotty) in less than a few hours.
Actually, not only that, I've noticed that if I grab the super credits too soon after opening the crashed ship, it is more likely to not register. Has happened a few times.
To those worrying about abandoning missions. I believe it was confirmed that it dose not affect progression on liberating a planet at all. Meaning there isn't any progression gained by enemies or allies.
just a super small thing I've been doing- when there's the explosive barrels by the bunkers, move them to the door and shoot it with your pistol. really small thing but it might save you having to wait for a resupply for grenades
The bug regarding not picking up an item, but it is left behind and doesn't get picked up. Don't spam the pick up key/button quickly to pick up things, slow it down a bit. This will stop that
I love seeing you cover this game. And you’re also doing such a great job covering topics that most other people don’t cover. Other videos are like “you can aim in first person”
Pretty icky that an hour of running around optimally farming something funlessly nets you two dollars toward the next update. You might as well go work for doordash to farm super credits, it's significantly faster.
Could you do a video explaining how to find the POI's quickly? Because sometimes I have trouble spotting them, especially at night. Btw, I started watching you from your FromSoft stuff, and it's awesome seeing you branch out to other games like this, keep up the great videos!
compass will sometimes mark them with a question mark when you are near them. ALSO if you are far away from them look in the sky. you will see very faint white beams above them a lot of the time.
you can also do the radar side objectives if you'd like to see the exact locations of everything. not every poi has a yellow beacon, so you'll miss some if you do it his way.
If you weren't aware you can actually pick whether the mission is day or night. Simply look at the planet in the mission select screen and you'll see it has a light and dark side. Pick a mission that's on the light side. It will even have a little icon of a sun or moon. So far all planets I've seen rotate west to east so picking a mission further west in the day will ensure it doesn't turn to night in the middle of the mission.
you can open the map and mouse over every map square individually, if there is a minor poi or tactical asset you get the option to mark it with left click regardless of visibility or radar station. edit: i cant seem to replicate this today anymore, maybe it got patched out with the newest patch
Thanks, might need to try this in order to keep myself playing this game. The only things I'm lacking right now are pink samples, medals, and Super Credits, which I'm not getting enough per 30-40 min mission to stay enthused about playing.
The fun to be had in this game is subjective, but I think most would agree that farming for credits/samples/medals is nowhere near as fun as actually playing the game as it’s intended. If you feel unenthusiastic about playing, then maybe it just isn’t the right game for you
With the bug of not being able to pick items up, i’ve found that waiting for the first animation (wait until your helldiver puts their hand back down) before collecting the next item stops the bug from happening. Ever since i’ve waited for the animation to finish i’ve never had the bug happen to me again.
Once you start doing this for a while you'll be able to recognize the type of POI from the map image. It's only some types of POI that spawn Super Credits, so you only rush to those and avoid the useless ones.
This is min maxy but if you see something that cause a lil bit of damage to u like a mine on the way to a POI, let it do damage so you can stim up. Stimming not only recovers health but running stamina to max as well.
You can easily get enough credits by just playing the game. I would just be thankful you can get them by playing, most games nowadays would never do something like that.
I haven't seen a super credit 10 missions in a row, and I've combed every square foot of those level 2 maps. I mean there's not even the containers, beacons, or 2 man door bunkers on the maps at all.
It maybe because of updates (since this video was posted) but the Arc Thrower and even better the Slugger primary can open the cargo containers as well. So you don’t have to bother with grenades and makes the farm even simpler. Great guide video, thank you! 👍🫡❤️
I would love to see a lore video on Helldivers from you. There are some special location texts in the missions that point to an interesting, dark background of Super Earth.
They would lose a lot of goodwill for that decision. I can't imagine this will stop all that many people from buying super credits. I'm not gonna be farming like this since I would rather spend my limited time playing with people and extracting if possible.
To further expidite the process use the jetpack to travel faster, and grenade launcher to quickly blow up the containers. Also the snow planet is much easier to see the beacon beams
Don't know if anyone else has commented it or if you made a video on it, but the double reward glitch you addressed is crazy! Please make a video on it solely or a UA-cam short just to spread that knowledge
I want to add the bug where you cant grab the other pickups happens when you click too fast. If you grab one thing wait a second or two then grab the other thing it won't bug out
You can use the Mech to get into Bunkers Solo, just back up the mech to the bunker and exit the mech, it will force you through the door, then you just interact with the button on the outside of the door and it will pull you back through. Food for thought, I grinded out 1500 credits in a few hours the other day testing some stuff, more people should know this trick, don’t spend money at all on this game!! Instead buy the super citizen bundle and wear that cape with a Grain of Super Earth soil in it!! LETS SPREAD DEMOCRACY!!
No need to farm. Just play the game explore for the points of intranet while playing. You won't get that much less super credits per hour. Plus you'll get everything else that's also important. Plus repetitive farming like this causes burnout fairly quickly.
As neat as this sounds, I would be spending more time gathering all resources to upgrade my wears and equipment and would have my friends and I just running around crunching the time. It would be neat that they have it so increase in difficulty means more resources to gather but have to face defenders and what not to get them. They are updating the game often so hopefully this comes to mind for them.
I just hope if they change this, they should just make you need to complete the mission, and then allow you to streamline the rewards screen. It would be sad if they reduced/removed super credit rewards on easy difficulties, because some people should be able to progress at a reasonable rate even if they just want to chill with no difficulty but still want to play. Its just like "haz 1 speedrunning" in DRG, getting the rewards of a mission quickly. I dont think it would ruin progression because people generally will still play high difficulty missions for the fun and challenge.
When I quit out of the mission, the map seed isn't saved at the moment. Also - I was getting plenty of Scredits until I tried backing out of a map to preserve the seed - not only did I lose the seed, the next map I went to had 0 Scredits across all POIs - tried backing out of that map as well instead of extracting and the next map also had 0 Scredits... so I finished it, extracted, and the map after that was back to having Scredits. Anyone else getting that or was it a weird coincidence?
Im just here wondering why no one uses aim down sight. Whenever i play i see people spraying in a delay to where theyre looking. Aka the line with the circle in it. Or they crouch and shit. You can just aim down sights and make it easier to aim. R3 when aiming for me. Circle when aiming for a friend
I cant say im happy about this. I just think the devs need to adjust payouts depending on difficulty and the type of mission you're on. Possibly even a multiplier bonus at the end of an extraction to deincentivise this strategy for SC. And make the SC more viable to collect organically. This grind mindset just sucks the fun out of a game quickly. I don't like that people feel they have to resort to farming in a PVE game thats should be played normally. This is a good guide for those who need maybe 100 credits to quickly afford something, but to grind out a Warbond using this method seems like i would grow to have a love hate relationship with this game very quickly. I'd rather just throw 10 bones at the dev team and call it a day. I've been loving my time with the game so far, SC's are the only blemish IMO that arent necessarily a deal breaker, but are hard to ignore.
the fact you get 1000 for free from the free warbond and can technically unlock everything in game is amazing. idk what else do you want? they could go about the way of literally every other game besides deep rock galactic that you just can suck it up and have to buy the premium pass with real money+the full game. lmao
@@dissgustingthe only way im happy having a cash shop in a game i paid for is funding future content with cosmetic stuff only However we have guns in the paid season pass and who knows maybe they will add stratagems to the pass one day 😂
@@dissgusting You dont get 1000 from the free one. Let that sink in. Anyway, yeah its because the game is a Live Service and those aren't made from a consumer perspective so getting shafted is the intended design to coax you into the actual game, the store.
"I'd rather just throw 10 bones at the dev team and call it a day." That is precisely why it's the designed the way it is, don't be mistaken, the fact you can earn them playing the game exists simply to avoid the "paid" label. I would agree that it's not an insanely predatory system, especially compared to many other games, but it is meant to make you spend more money on the game, even if it's just a couple of bucks
Hi, how many Super Credits containers can you usually find in a trivial difficulty mission? Also, does returning to ship instead abandoning mission also work? Thank you.
Ima do that tomorrow, but if I abandoned the mission can I go to the same mission again? And is it worth it to buy a battlepass? Bc they remove and add every month a battle pass?
Bruh, just find a lvl 1 mission with 50/60 super credits in it, close game and reopen and keep running the same mission. Youll end up with 200 in 30 minutes. You dont effect the war table and its super easy.
Will it add up to your credits if you quit the game? Im askin because if you quit the game it saves your current mission progress meaning i can just get the credits in the same area.
I guess this is something to do since the servers are once again busted... The irony of a boosted xp weekend for faulty servers only to have more issues with faulty servers.
Found a away to about the bug, just pick one drop, wait until the prompt comes up and grab another object, if you spam de pick up button it gets bugged
Wear light armor, preferable one with the medic passive, I believe that's what it was called, this gives you 2 extra stims giving you a total of 6 stims, just keep popping those and you can run for a long long time lol. There's also a booster that gives you more stamina and stamina regen, I'm not 100% sure but if you can't use the stims at full health try damaging yourself a little with something, setting yourself on fire for example.

You can easily get 1000 or more (plus a nice chunk of medals if you're already grinding for that sweet fire shotty) in less than a few hours.
U want to farm super credits?
Not sure if anyone ever told you, but you have a really soothing voice. Thanks for the guide mate
This will stop that
I love that getting the currency is even an option. Great game
Nice to see UA-cam recommending me ur stuff again liked ur soul videos didn’t know this was possible in game thanks
Radar objective is best, the recon/infiltrator armor allows you to see POIs when you mouse over them in the map
The slugger shotgun can destroy the container doors in one shot
the bug where item pickups just "turn off" is caused by spamming the interact button to pick up many things at once
I'm so happy you're covering HD2.
Technically, it's more efficient to buy them with real money as even minimum wage gives you more than 200 credits per hour.
Anyone who buys something easily obtainable for free is an absolute tool.
200 credits doesn't even net you most armors
What I find out is that you need to hold E when picking up stuff, instead of tapping, otherwise it might become bugged.
Great advice, especially with the bugged collect, started doing that myself.
I have a way to get 2100 an hour. So basically you get a job right, and you spend your hourly wage on super credits.
Where is the fun in that
How do you clear all the POIs on the map in 3 minutes? That seems insanely fast.
I was wondering the same, it's taking me about 7-8 minutes to clear every POI in the map.
Has it always been 10 sc for every sc pick up ?
Based Xenosaga music.
what's the name of the track?
@@RambunctiousVA UMN Mode
I have been finding 100 credits in 1 pack of credits, is that a bug, or like really lucky occasion?
As of today's patch, I believe they have drastically lowered the chances of super credits spawning (or I'm just REALLY unlucky)
You can easily get enough credits by just playing the game. I would just be thankful you can get them by playing, most games nowadays would never do something like that.
@@SirFlooberis I was just getting extremely unlucky, I had 0 drops in 2 hours when I wrote that message
@@Salati00 dang man that sucks, I wish you luck in spreading democracy o7
I haven't seen a super credit 10 missions in a row, and I've combed every square foot of those level 2 maps. I mean there's not even the containers, beacons, or 2 man door bunkers on the maps at all.
Since nobody is talking about this, whenever you pick up super credits there is an ultra rare chance ( prolly 0.5% ) to get 100 super credits instead.
The problem wity this is the randomness of the loot caches in the maps. I regularly find request slips and very infrequently super creds
It maybe because of updates (since this video was posted) but the Arc Thrower and even better the Slugger primary can open the cargo containers as well. So you don’t have to bother with grenades and makes the farm even simpler. Great guide video, thank you! 👍🫡❤️
As long as you make more than 20+ an hour at work, buying them is more efficient than earning them
That's only true for the Super Credits. The medals and Req you get can't be bought.
Tested the pick up glitch and I can confirm that the item will glitch if you try to pick it up during the animation
I would love to see a lore video on Helldivers from you. There are some special location texts in the missions that point to an interesting, dark background of Super Earth.
i have a feeling they're going to get rid of earnable super credits
or they will make them earnable by extraction, which is a much healthier workaround and will make players try harder
Or they’ll add specific Poi/side quests with a guaranteed chance of earning super credits kinda like the daily challenges
They would lose a lot of goodwill for that decision. I can't imagine this will stop all that many people from buying super credits. I'm not gonna be farming like this since I would rather spend my limited time playing with people and extracting if possible.
@@notsorrystory plus you get them at like 3/4 the same rate as farming except you actually get to play
Tbh I was at like 100-200 credits now Im at almost 600! I grinded for about an hour with some friends. This is a fantastic way to grind them out!
You can also open containers with the slugger shotgun.
If an ally finds super credits and picks them are these shared with the other players? or are they only for the one who picked them?
All resources picked up in missions go to all players in the team no matter who picked it up.
😂
Please do not just extract and not complete the mission. This negatively affects the war. *DO YOUR PART. GRIND AND COMPLETE THE MISSION*
At this point don’t bother ‘farming’.
Super credits will slowly funnel in by playing at just hitting poi’s naturally
Try teir one and plant the flag mission. Think only on bug worlds. It's a circle around objective and about 10 easy locations and like no bugs
The Xenosaga UMN mode bg track is perfect for this video
I've been loving my time with the game so far, SC's are the only blemish IMO that arent necessarily a deal breaker, but are hard to ignore.
the fact you get 1000 for free from the free warbond and can technically unlock everything in game is amazing. idk what else do you want? they could go about the way of literally every other game besides deep rock galactic that you just can suck it up and have to buy the premium pass with real money+the full game. lmao
@@dissgustingthe only way im happy having a cash shop in a game i paid for is funding future content with cosmetic stuff only
However we have guns in the paid season pass and who knows maybe they will add stratagems to the pass one day 😂
@@dissgusting You dont get 1000 from the free one. Let that sink in.
Anyway, yeah its because the game is a Live Service and those aren't made from a consumer perspective so getting shafted is the intended design to coax you into the actual game, the store.
so to summarize what you said, you are a lazy fuck and want to be spoon fed...glad the devs don't pander to lazy fucks like yourself.
Gotta love a game with micro transactions where you don’t actually have to spend anything
except your time on this planet, while farming super credits
let's just take a moment and thank them for making their premium currency fairly easy to earn
A minimum wage job gives like a 1000 super credits per hour tho
I'm forced to spend those supercreds on food tho 🥲
Bruh, just find a lvl 1 mission with 50/60 super credits in it, close game and reopen and keep running the same mission. Youll end up with 200 in 30 minutes.
You dont effect the war table and its super easy.
I am a loyal civil servant, I help the community by farming for noobies while they do the main objective.
Did they patch this or do credits not always spawn? I did a trivial mission and 0 credits spawned, i walked the entire map 4 tikes over
Does abandoning missions affect the planet liberation percentage?
dude's voice is angelic
Using the laser cannon or other power weapons can also break open the doors.
most maps are so hard to find stuff on, idk what i am doing wrong. i often dont even find 1 crashed shuttle
you got the longest section in Dunkey's new video, ratman 👏
This is helpful but I cannot for the love of Super Earth abandon the mission. Democracy wouldn't abandon me.
Maybe a Dumb question but How do you Zoom in on the minimap?
Middle mouse scroll.
Are the previous warbond going to be gone as the new ones come?
Will it add up to your credits if you quit the game? Im askin because if you quit the game it saves your current mission progress meaning i can just get the credits in the same area.
I guess this is something to do since the servers are once again busted...
The irony of a boosted xp weekend for faulty servers only to have more issues with faulty servers.
The irony for them to boost XP and Req when you cant unlock anything past lvl 20 and you have a 50k Req limit.
My suffering has been rewarded.
Found a away to about the bug, just pick one drop, wait until the prompt comes up and grab another object, if you spam de pick up button it gets bugged
Would the jump pack help traverse the map faster?
9 times out of 10 it is faster to run around. Or the height is too tall to jump onto or over.
