I’m a young catcher for my team and these videos are really helping me also the video of the sliding shorts where the cup lifts up that helped me to so now I’m not getting hit in the spot
What do i need to exercise or strengthen if i get a sore inner bicep. I don't really get shoulder pain it starts up toward my shoulder and ends before my elbow pretty sure its the short head. Got told when i was younger that my action is a bit wrong i'm rotating my arm forward sort of before whipping it back i think that inertia is hurting me. Trying to correct that. Not sure if this made sense but yeah!
Supinated curls, elbows pinned against u on each side of ur body. Really focus on loading the eccentric part since ur already in pain when ur throwing. We want to help gain strength in the eccentric part so you can absorb the force, the concentric helps you express the force. Also eccentric only incline dumbell curls are good too, just don’t go to full elbow extension with heavy weight, just let it go down slowly and help yourself pick it back up with ur other hand. If you feel any pain in those then just do isometric holds for a couple weeks or so then progress to eccentrics. Look up Jake Turra, he’s got great info on tendon rehabbing.
Lol when you're a 37 year old nerd and still dont know how to throw 🤣 (me) For some reason every time I go to throw something I feel like I throw my shoulder out of joint then it hurts for like a week.

This is good, but you are still missing something. I'll give you a hint: 3rd Class leverage.
