- The Great Wild is back, and this time we’re exploring the depths of Minecraft’s oceans. Meet the aquatic mobs that thrive in the water, and the special mobs that can survive on land and sea. Can a baby turtle escape the claws of a hungry cat? How do dolphins work together to fend off danger? And what happens when we come face to face with an Elder Guardian? Find out in the second episode of our new series: The Great Wild!

Not gonna lie, it felt like this was the 1.13 update aquatic/aquatic update trailer but as a documentary which definetly sparked some nostalgia right at my face, absolute masterpiece..

It is supposed to be a nature documentary but for Minecraft
The cinematography and story telling are truly exceptional
except for the video "cinematics" being like 25fps

I hope to see more of these, it's a fun way to point out some things people probably didn't know about the game. In my home we didn't know about cats attacking baby turtles!

Did you know that baby polar bears attack? On bedrock edition, a baby polar bear can attack foxes. Extending onto this fact, polar bears will go out of their way to attack foxes. Though I haven't tested the baby polar bear one for a while.
I only found it out today when a stray cat I was trying to tame went and nearly killed a baby turtle (luckily I had a lead on me to take it away before it did)

Honestly they should do another expansion to the ocean biomes. Maybe add sharks, a deep sea biome that is hard to see but has treasures hidden in the dark, maybe even add mervillagers 😂!
Sharks have been very specifically said will not be added, BC they're too realistic

As someone who loves the overworld more than any other dimension, I really love this “nature show”
I love how they’re able to use a world of blocks and cubes into a serious documentary.
This feels like an actual documentary, That is soo cool. They should do this more often.

I always like to see the challenges of survival in the game, with predator vs prey and such. It's interesting to watch, seeing the fox hunt rabbits to survive, but also have to be careful, as wolves hunt them. Or axolotles, watching them hunt the fish in their underground environment, or wolves hunting sheep and rabbits. It adds to the living, survival experience of the game, as you try and survive you get to see the creatures around you do it as well, and it would be cool to see more of it. Say, the polar bear hunting fish, or dolphin for that matter, maybe ocelots hunt parrots and rabbits (right now they only hunt chickens)

Minecraft is a game of creativity and survival. The game has no plot, although the ending of the game has a philosophical meaning. The game is also interesting if you play with friends and, for example, build your city with them.👏👏

We need a biomes update v2 to make Minecraft more entertaining, new mobs, new blocks, new buildings, new bosses and different materials used in unique ways. I would especially love a aquatic update v2 or a illager update and get some illager mobs from Minecraft dungeons
I think the same as you, but mojang are so slow to make updates that we'll have to wait another 10 years for them to arrive 😢
