I've watched dozens of your videos and this may be the first time I've seen your face. Thanks for all the helpful videos!

UPS rep once told me that they will decline any damage claim if the box is not clearly labeled. He recommended to me "fragile / handle with care / do not drop / do not crush"

for years i've wondered why more wasn't done to standardized and professionalize shipping, i am impressed with the asian factory method of shipping guitars in large guitar chunks of styrofoam , i have seen and heard about cracked necks/head stocks for years, so many resellers will not consider shipping because of the incredible hassle and financial risk of shipping, as you know , insuring a guitar doesn't guarantee a pay off for damaged guitar, expensive guitars are a unique shipping item, i'm in san antonio, it's a pretty horrible buyers market, i'm dependent on shipping

Shipping isn't too scary if you know what you're doing. Identify the weak spots of the guitar you're sending and protect them - Use a quality box and don't skimp on packing materials. Most breaks can be avoided

Im a huge fan and i know this is an oooold video but im currently moving, thus packing for things to be shipped...i hear that bubble wrap can mess with nitro especially when fresh. Like my 2020 60s lp. Ever had problems with that?
