Thank you for the kind words. I'm glad you enjoyed it. To answer your questions, my opinion is: MDs are also humans, so situations happen which could make them reflect and change paths. I know personally a handful that left clinical jobs and joined other paths. The reasons of course vary based on everyone's personal story, but overall, they find something more important than money and status. I always think finding what makes you happy is the most important thing in life, and that can be just a simple life surrounded by loved ones, instead of external recognition and material pursuit.
