Great explanation! I feel that nipping the bone spur in the bud while it is smaller will be an easier process than waiting for it to get bigger. I hate the constant throbbing. I am now trying lidocaine patches on the top of my feet, but that is only a band-aid treatment. I foresee surgery in the future.
