Sorry if I'm stating the obvious but the fact that the extra cold and fire damage on the rings is in yellow means it's multiplicative, so it multiplies with all other +fire or +cold damage. Good to get a build where you have at least two fire or cold tagged weapons so you can get those upgrades to multiply with
On the topic of starting weapons I think you should just be able to pick the starting weapon, so long as it's unlocked and available for use by that class. Would solve alot of problems imo.

Goin in to collect all the belts. Hulkamania brother! Pretty cool you come up with such a nice run for this new patch 🙂
The gain exp when taking damg artifact, now gives 10% exp (multiplicative) be a interesting to do a high level run
I always thought that it would be nice to put status damage and potency on those belts 😅

drone mining sucks 😆 especially if they seek out enemies
