Thirdly we can’t use tomotoes tamarin lime Most important is we cannot keep the food in that cookware after cooking. We have to immediately transfer the food to other vessel. Please guide me Mam. Hi, Woa, I guess you are referring to metalic taste. Either the pan is not well seasoned or else you are leaving food in pan for longer time. Season it well & once food gets cooked transfer it to another container. Hope this helps.

Can iron utensils be washed in dishwashers?
Personally I love tomato, tamarind based curries, etc in clay pots. Clay pots are super too.

It's ok to use mild dish wash liquid. Just use spongy scrubber and not steel scrubber.

Hi, Woa, I guess you are referring to metalic taste. Either the pan is not well seasoned or else you are leaving food in pan for longer time. Season it well & once food gets cooked transfer it to another container. Hope this helps.
