If you say that real skeletons don't have jaws because the jawbone is not attached to the skull, then it follows that real skeleton don't have literally any bones, since none of them are attached to the skull. The logic checks out even if we're taking it less literally and say "attached to the skeleton" instead of the skull. That is because all the bones are attached with ligaments to each others very much like jawbone is, so if ligaments in jawbone doesn't matter, why should they on other bones? So, in your face, Bob!
Huh, that's the second necromancer game I've seen this week, that's neat! Not sure if I like the art style, but the more games we get with sorcerers, warlocks, etc, the better!
28:45 Well, as another rule, skeletons don't get up and walk around with hatchets hacking at living humans and chickens either, so the skulls with jaws seems like a relatively minor anomaly by comparison...
Great to hear your thoughts on Undead Horde 2's beta! I really enjoyed the first game and I'm having even more fun with the sequel, looking forward to the full release.
I was thinkin about this game while the last review of Unliving, and remembering I had such a good fun with it. No level caps, just snowballing the undead through cities and hard bosses.
Bro I just have to say how much I love to watch your videos. You just seem like such a cool dude. That and we have the exact same taste in games for the most part😂. Keep doing you❤ you made me smile
Always thankful for a sale. I know one of the warhammer games, space wolf got delisted like God wars and both $4 before exiting. This doesn't look too bad for $9
instead of dropping your items to free up inventory space, there's a gold bag up top where you can immediately sell it if you drop it on the bag. so, you can sell from anywhere to get more gold. all items show their sell price in the bottom of their info tab.
We need more indie isometric action RPGs on PS5, this game is awesome, im loving my time with it, im addicted to the gameplay loop with the combat and all the different progression systems like loot system for weapons and equipment, the level up cards and all the necromancy upgrades with all the different umits and unit types, the sheer amount of build variety in a indie necromancy action RPG is just insane, plus the ng+ system with the dimensions, you can just keep going till you hit level 60, its very addicting, i played once for 8 hours straight one day while my wife cleaned the entire house, she was pissed 😆, my wife always gives me a hard time about all the AA RPGs i play and especially all the indie RPGs i play, shes says i have all these crazy AAA RPGs with amazing graphics but mostly play lower budget AA and indie RPGs but she just doesnt get it, i don't play RPGs for graphics, i play them for gameplay and the thrill of RPG progression, crafting a build or party of characters in a RPG is what its all about, coming up with a crazy build or party composition and succeeding is what RPGs are all about
Well I completed the first one in maybe 10-15 hours, and that was 100%. Tried replaying it maybe a year later and eh, not so good the second time. But thoroughly enjoyed the first and don't regret the money spent, it was fun
i want a necromancer game that plays like crossout, but instead of post apocalyptic car parts its different body parts that you build an abomination with. game designers get on this, i just want a minor credit for the idea
There is one that splat covered months back. You get legs, arms, heads and bodies. But it was like an auto battler castle defense, sorry but can't remember the name
looks good hopefully they work on unit verity like the first game the talent tree is nice but allso getting undead versions of the units you just fought is nice to for example the spiders and rats how do you get humanoid skeletons out of them idk its weird.
I played the first one, but didn't like that it kinda forced you to use the new units cause they were just too much more powerful. I'm kinda liking this one were you can power up your minions rather than just swap em out for newer stronger units. Kinda like how overlord your minions would get progressively stronger as you found them armour and weapons
OMFG, PLEASE TELL ME THAT THIS GAME DOES WHAT 1 DID AN ALLOW YOU TO ROLL WITH A CLOUD OF UNDEAD CHICKENS, PLEASE UNDEAD HORDE 2 PLEASE. Some of the best W's I got from 1 were due to a mass cloud of undead chickeny wrath.
I want to like this but it looks cheap in more ways than not, despite that there are some cool ideas in here. When a game like this doesn't set a tone in the beginning by showing even some sneakpeaks of more challenging content, bosses if there are any, then it makes me think that the entire thing will be the arcade'y click & forget which would get boring very quickly.
This game is looking better than the Unliving, I had high hopes for that game. This one is going on the wishlist for sure, Undead Army and base building umm yes please.
Just too way too cartoony. Hard to be 'in the business of defiling corpses and other wickedness' while also being 'just so cutesy.' That being said, Splat, _loved_ your coverage of the game.
IMO looks clunky and unfinished, palette is too much... its like they cant decide what the game should be. Only things I liked are animation/drawing art (statics on cinematics, not in game) and premise of being a necromancer. EDIT: seeing that this is part 2, it probably has audience its just not for me.
Funny that you ripped into unliving but you have nothing to say about this game. Must be all those negative reviews on steam peer pressuring you to say something. Kinda sad.
We need more necromancer and warlock representation imo, such a sweet archetype
Agreed
Always been fan of our milk loving spook master.
Hell yeah. Want more games were we become Liches too.
Exactly what I thought
being woke for warlocks?
If you say that real skeletons don't have jaws because the jawbone is not attached to the skull, then it follows that real skeleton don't have literally any bones, since none of them are attached to the skull.

So, in your face, Bob!
Love Necromancer games, thanks Splat!
Huh, that's the second necromancer game I've seen this week, that's neat! Not sure if I like the art style, but the more games we get with sorcerers, warlocks, etc, the better!
Just when I think Splat couldn’t be any cooler he busts out a Wheel of Morality reference!
Lol yeah so cool XD
The original game was fun as hell. This company makes simple, fun games and this one should be great.
28:45 Well, as another rule, skeletons don't get up and walk around with hatchets hacking at living humans and chickens either, so the skulls with jaws seems like a relatively minor anomaly by comparison...
Never been in France I suppose
looks great. I had fun with the first one and this looks more polished and fleshed out
Automatic like for "We built this city on skulls and bones"
Great to hear your thoughts on Undead Horde 2's beta!
I really enjoyed the first game and I'm having even more fun with the sequel, looking forward to the full release.
Thanks Splat for another banger and this one looks awesome, definitely going in the library...
Reminds me of the overworld combat from the Dungeons series, fun stuff.
I was thinkin about this game while the last review of Unliving, and remembering I had such a good fun with it. No level caps, just snowballing the undead through cities and hard bosses.
I love both the games in this series; I hope they make a third one day.
Bro I just have to say how much I love to watch your videos. You just seem like such a cool dude. That and we have the exact same taste in games for the most part😂. Keep doing you❤ you made me smile
Baldur's Gate reference made me very very happy XD
Animaniacs reference, gotta love it
2 necromancy games back to back 👀
> "We built this city on... skulls and bones!"
Rock and roll... dating yourself there my dude. Suppose I am too.
Omg I hope they keep the Microsoft voice for the skeleton NPC's. 15:25 That really struck my funny bone.
No rest for the wicked! Just cause you died doesn't mean you don't have to work off your crimes!
Poorhammer 40k made me laugh more than I think it should
So true
same
Always thankful for a sale. I know one of the warhammer games, space wolf got delisted like God wars and both $4 before exiting. This doesn't look too bad for $9
Drinking game idea, drink a drink every time Splattercat says the word "dude".
Looks much better than unliving
Makes me want to reinstall and play Overlord 1 and 2
"Gonna lead from the front" Then goes out flanking and backstabbing. This made me laugh so much XD.
2:50
Poorhammer 40K! A classic.
Poor Hammer 40K, Ha! oh Splatty!
This game looks awesome. Adding it to my wishlist now
LOL when you said "we build this city" in my head I thought "with skulls and bones" before you said it xD
Happy to see more necromantic games!
Poorhammer 40k sounds effing awesome. I'll try it later.
instead of dropping your items to free up inventory space, there's a gold bag up top where you can immediately sell it if you drop it on the bag.
so, you can sell from anywhere to get more gold. all items show their sell price in the bottom of their info tab.
the art style is very cool, don't know how to describe it
We need more indie isometric action RPGs on PS5, this game is awesome, im loving my time with it, im addicted to the gameplay loop with the combat and all the different progression systems like loot system for weapons and equipment, the level up cards and all the necromancy upgrades with all the different umits and unit types, the sheer amount of build variety in a indie necromancy action RPG is just insane, plus the ng+ system with the dimensions, you can just keep going till you hit level 60, its very addicting, i played once for 8 hours straight one day while my wife cleaned the entire house, she was pissed 😆, my wife always gives me a hard time about all the AA RPGs i play and especially all the indie RPGs i play, shes says i have all these crazy AAA RPGs with amazing graphics but mostly play lower budget AA and indie RPGs but she just doesnt get it, i don't play RPGs for graphics, i play them for gameplay and the thrill of RPG progression, crafting a build or party of characters in a RPG is what its all about, coming up with a crazy build or party composition and succeeding is what RPGs are all about
Yesss thank you for another great day starter!! :)
I Ride an electric Unicycle and it's all most like hovering! I fly down the streets!
You are killin me! Showing all these games I want and I go to get them and they aren't available yet lol
This game looks freakin fantastic. I love the spin on regular necromancer games. I feel like the next one could include a vampire spinoff?
Thanks for showcasing! ^^
Hey, I feel attacked! Not ALL Necromancers are evil. Some just want to raise a family...
Okay I know the auto voice is probably a stand in, but please leave it. I love it so much its so funny to hear it in a game
Part of me likes being able to choose what type I resurrect, but another part of liked resurrecting whatever it was, specifically that I killed.
I played the first one, and it was a lot of fun.
Welp, this one looks fun! I'll definitely keep my eye on it
Dude! Me and my kids play Poorhammer too!
Wow that shocks me that there is a sequel about this now
Reminds me of Overlord, seems rly good :)
the irony. "go away tutorial". "i wonder if there is a shop, where i can sell this" :)
Is this a roguelike/roguelite? What's the replay value on this game?
Great content as usual splat!
Well I completed the first one in maybe 10-15 hours, and that was 100%. Tried replaying it maybe a year later and eh, not so good the second time. But thoroughly enjoyed the first and don't regret the money spent, it was fun
I can't be the only one that hears Catarina from Path of Exile with the woman's voice in the intro?
Those generic horde games really a drag, ngl. You still have my life and comment, since I love what you do, but I like them obscure stuff a lot more.
Will you be recording your bannerlord playthrough for a side channel?
Im curious can you leave your army and they join you after their task?
Splat's Condensed Review: 30:52
Humans... Sometimes you gotta smack a B and let them know to not overstep. No resource, crus them and revel in the lamentation of their women!
i want a necromancer game that plays like crossout, but instead of post apocalyptic car parts its different body parts that you build an abomination with. game designers get on this, i just want a minor credit for the idea

@@fuckyougoogleupthearse5725 yeah I remember it. Not quite what I'm looking for but close
from the looks of it I think death is your 2nd in command its just he's a giant statue.
looks good hopefully they work on unit verity like the first game the talent tree is nice but allso getting undead versions of the units you just fought is nice to for example the spiders and rats how do you get humanoid skeletons out of them idk its weird.

Is it just me, or does the necromancer on the front screen look a like Agandaûr from War in the north?
How did you miss that blue exclamation mark by the portal lol
Good looking game
Mr Splattercat, you ok buddy ?
Lots of umm ......undead gameplay recently just wondering if you've got an itch for human munching
LOL i've played me some poor hammer 40k...then I got an army. Now I play Warhammer 40k while poor lol
It’s look great.
I think at 18:06 you ment to say spiders instead of skeletons dropping bones. Lol oh well.
Ohhh... Soul jars.... Soldiers
doesn't ctrl+click sell the items?
🖤
Splatt when are you going to play this on twittch
"poorhammer 40k" 😂
I encourage use of One Page Rules proxies for those with a 3D printer and less cash.
This so far looks very triump studios overlord game looks very similar but hey I love those games
Sigh I hate when games look fun but then the steam page is "coming soon" and the discussions just has a single post for "2022" ... gee thanks I guess
Feels like medievil meets diablo.
Shouldn't skeletons be resistant to arrows?
"I'm gonna lead from the front"
Then why are you a necromancer?
i think they should add a evolution for the minions
undead means living hmmm? Hey guy🐱
Can you equip 2 weapons to switch between
OMFG, PLEASE TELL ME THAT THIS GAME DOES WHAT 1 DID AN ALLOW YOU TO ROLL WITH A CLOUD OF UNDEAD CHICKENS, PLEASE UNDEAD HORDE 2 PLEASE. Some of the best W's I got from 1 were due to a mass cloud of undead chickeny wrath.

Warlock Lives Matter
I tried to play this but it wouldn't load. I removed msi afterburner like suggested but it still didn't work.
+1 for bg ref ;)
can you do vid on pursuit of power 2?
*insert funny Instagram caption here*
Is this available for mobile android?
Is that Overlord just dead?
Poorhammer 40k you got me 🤣
I see you're a MTG player as well
This game is looking better than the Unliving, I had high hopes for that game. This one is going on the wishlist for sure, Undead Army and base building umm yes please.
Did you really just go in a full circle around a shiny gold treasure chest without seeing it at around 11-12 minutes?
wasn't accessible
but he did drop items instead of using what looks like the in-inventory sell mechanic
Also, killed Herschel, doesn't notice purple axe drop, makes a big show of basic sword.
Overlord
Just too way too cartoony. Hard to be 'in the business of defiling corpses and other wickedness' while also being 'just so cutesy.'
That being said, Splat, _loved_ your coverage of the game.
Didn't we just cover a necromancer game? Wierd coincidence
Now that The Unliving is out, this game looks really bad. The choose a really weird stiff art style.
Unliving but better?
IMO looks clunky and unfinished, palette is too much... its like they cant decide what the game should be.
