Congratulations on hitting 100k! I wish Tarte would be more consistent in formula across their palettes. Loved the Be a Mermaid and Makes Waves Palette, but everyone I’ve tried after that is a different formula. I feel the same way about Too Faced. They did such a wonderful formula with their Chocolate Gold Palette and every other palette is just all over the place in consistency

I have the metropolis palette. It was gifted to me. It’s just too bold for me. This one is pretty. I saw it in Ulta. Just don’t need another high end palette. I find myself reaching for more simple looks these days. Great video as always, Jen.
I 100% agree! While I may not even have the palettes she compares, it keeps my feet on the ground about what I DO have and if the new purchase is really necessary. Super helpful and my wallet appreciates it! ☺️

Finally!!! Tarte Finally broke out of the same old same 👏👏👏, seeing this palette makes me very happy😍😍😍, it's very fall and beautiful 😍😍😍!!! Love it!!!
The print is the same as my hydrapeak water bottle so that drew me in. Your review definitely made me add it to cart. I ordered last week and it came on Monday. I used my Ulta points and paid $19. 🙌🏾 I'm blown away! They're so soft and creamy. What a great, high performing pallet. 12 hours after application and the shadows were just as vibrant and stayed put.
I love the two 9 pan Maneater palette. I reach for them all the time. This was just 🤩 when I saw it!! Already purchased and can’t wait to have it and use it.
I was blown away by this palette! I walked into Ulta and swatched it and was super impressed by the pigment and formula - I expected dry, powdery underwhelming but WOW these are rich, buttery and beautiful! It’s been a long time since a palette impressed me- I’m looking forward to fall eye looks with this beauty…

In some of them, yes! I found that if I spray my finger with some setting spray to wet the glitters a little, they come out more like melted metal and look smoother. :)

I loved the comparisons - well done - I don't have that revolution palette but have to say...very interesting that tarte comes out with something so similar down to the leopard print embossing on the odd shade, and the color story is Very similar - an interesting "coincidence" , indeed :) this could be the pallet that brings me back to tarte eye shadows!

i've just grabbed this today whilst it was on sale for £35 which IMO is so worth it, I was a bit iffy about the colour scheme being a bit old but i think you can achieve some great newer looks with it

I’m excited for Autumn too. It’s my favorite time of yr. I just a can’t wait for those cooler temperatures. I also love to decorate for Autumn. I do think the tarte palette is beautiful for Autumn. I decided to pass once I saw the swatches. I have those shades in several different palettes. I do agree with what you said about TF. I have seen 2 reviews saying the new pumpkin pie palette is good. I just feel like I’ve wasted money on their palettes. I wish TF would go back to their old formula. I don’t know why companies change formulas when they have a perfect formula that everyone loves.
Yes, I agree so much about the changing working amazing formulas. Sydney Grace seem to add more and more shadows in a drier more marbled and chunky/textured formula with sparkles which is definitely not what made them so loved by many people. I wish they would just keep their amazing smooth shiny foiled formula but add more unique different colors.
I agree...I just spent money on the new Chocolate palette from TF and it was a huge disappointment. Some of the colors wouldn't even pick up. I was like, "what happened these palettes used to be SO good!" It makes me want to not take a chance on any of their other palettes now.
I'm excited mine is coming today along with the new too faced pumpkin spice palette. The tree in front of our home already changed and are falling. I'm so ready🍁🍂. I want to get the tarte maneater vanity palette just to keep in my bag.

I haven’t seen this palette before now. I really like the shades! It seems like we’ve been asking Tarte for more colorful palettes for a very long time. I’m happy they are listening to us. I may have to pick this up. I love it! It’s really pretty.
I love this palette and may add it to my birthday or Christmas wish list. In the meantime though, a really great alternative is the Violet Voss Like a Boss palette. It doesn’t have the berries but otherwise looks almost identical! I bought it years ago on sale-now sure if it’s still available-but it’s worth a look if you want the tarte but have the violet voss!

Bought it yesterday in store at Ulta absolutely love it! The shimmers are unreal and the mats are super creamy definitely worth the price.
