Love the layout. But would prefer light oak cabinets and white appliances. I also like my sink under an outside window. Lived in a Solitaire for 14 years and loved it. That house went thru 3 earthquakes and a tornado and no damage. When I sold it, big mistake, the people looking thought it was a new home. I am very sold on Solitaire and am glad they are doing away with the nasty carpet. Also for ok kder folks with arthritis in their hand the doors knobs should be the handle type, so much easier on the hands. So glad this house is does not have a garden tub in the master bath, older folks can't get in or out of one and a pain to clean. Please keep focusing on homes for older people, we are the ones who are looking the most. Enjoy your Videos and love the Solitaire homes.
I really like the flow of this home! Those dark cabinets are nice! I like the countertop and backsplash. If you had a whii wash brik option that would flow real well too. The master bath door needs what's called a spring hinge. It's a door stopper connected to the hinge of the door. That would stop it from slamming against the toilet. Once again great house, great video 👍
A/C filter and return is inside utility room. A/C circulation of air will be diminished with door closed?? Weird place placement of return, maybe I'm wrong but it doesn't make sense for full circulation of air if door is closed. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
In North Carolina we got Masonite....but worse. It literally turned to cotton. We don't trust this siding here. Our Legacy dealers have it. It's not the same stuff but we fell for it from 1984 to 2005 or so.

The door has an air vent to allow sufficient airflow to the return

We use LP Smart Panel so you would not have the same issue with the siding.
