The reporter smiling like it’s a joke or something! Wow truly sad , I’m sending positive energy and strength to this man and his family. Truly sorry for your loss, may the Mother Creator grant you peace and innerstanding.
Disgusting. Jamie should be responsible for all the funeral costs, medical expenses and should never have her driver's license. She should also pay for all the therapy costs as well. Sorry I have no sympathy for this woman. She's not even remorseful either.
That is really weird to me I don't understand why she is laughing or smiling like that? Also I know what she was trying to do but it came across very awkward when she said "what are your favorite parts of the wedding??" And then later "one of the best nights of your life" jeez... you would guess she didn't mean anything malicious by it but that was horrible phrasing... asking what his favorite parts are of that day (although I get that they still had a good wedding) and then saying it was the best night of his life knowing how the night actually ended.... maybe she is nervous or socially awkward?
Not sure why you’d give interviews though? How can you possibly accept to give interviews? I’d be so devastated I could not speak to strangers let alone with cameras present. This is so strange
His grief is so tremendous and my heart bleeds for him and all the family members. Sam was a beautiful light in this world who will never be forgotten. The servers are truly responsible. He will never forget her. This interview is kind of confusing. Was he in hospital for a few weeks. Also did the driver of the car hit the cart on a street? I hope only for the best for those who were severely injured and all of the friends and families that have to grieve this horrible, senseless tragedy. ❤️❤️
😢smh🤦🏽 This is so sad But hopefully he finds peace with the fact that he made her happy and fulfilled some type of purpose in her life before she left 😢
My condolences to Eric and to Samantha's family and friends. A horrific and sad story. I hope the killer gets the maximum sentence because at this point she hasn't taken responsibility for what she did. Rest in peace Samantha.
This woman does not need to be conducting interviews until she’s gone through some sort of empathy training. I know some people in regular life smile during sad or awkward situations, but she’s a reporter. It’s her job to do interviews. She needs to learn to at least fix her face when there’s a person crumbling from grief in front of her.
I heard a few wks ago on Nancy Grace that it wasn’t a traditional golf cart for like on the course it was different and was legal to drive on that road.
It was street legal. And even if it was t a lot of beach side resort areas have mandated areas these souped up carts are allowed to operate. The outer banks of Nc has a whole side road where they can operate plus all the roads if they’re street legal.
@@Sealust50 so like motorcycles? If she hit a LEGAL motorcyclist it would be the bikers fault? Or what about a handicap person on a motorized cart? The street had no sidewalks n if if they did you can’t drive a STREET legal cart on a sidewalk. Capesh?????
Also, they all came from a wedding. Weren't they all drinking as well? I know this sucks and this man will never be ok after this, but was the driver of the cart drunk? Did they maybe swerve in front of the car and cause the accident. It's hard to know the exact details. I'm not saying the girl driving shouldn't be held accountable for the accident, but could this have been prevented if they were in another vehicle with a driver who was paying attention?
feel so bad for this guy and her family. should have spent his the rest of his life with his love, and taken away by a drunk driver. my condolences. stay strong Aric
I would have been sobbing if I was that it's disgusting whatever that smile or smirk that she has like when she asked him do you have anything you want to say to that person that did this k kind of wanted to throat punch her
People just over look the reporter...lets not go there. It's bad enough without adding that. My Heart Breaks!! I am So Sorry!! I feel the Love you both have for❤ ❤eachother. Can anyone image how the world would be if everyone had this Power of Love!! Instead of the Love for Power!! WOW The people saying about the golf cart on road...if you watch other videos there are golf carts on the road. I will Pray for you all for Strength and Comfort!! I AM SORRY!! WHAT A BEAUTIFUL WEDDING SHE LOOKS AMAZING AND THEY ARE SOOO HAPPY!!!
The interviewer’s demeanor and gestures are so awkward. The groom definitely comes across as more likable than the bride’s mom, but both come across as weird and money hungry to be fighting over money like they are.
People are too concerned about the interviewer smiling. Some people are just not able to show emotions during uncomfortable situations. Or it could be a lot of Botox 😂
Generally it is crazy how some women let em selves be hit in the face by their man, and never speak up cause they’d rather be in bad relationship than no relationship, it does happen and it’s very dangerous to be with the man like that some of em even let em selves be drugged up
They shouldn’t have been allowed in the golf cart only if they were in a country club cut off from the roads. And hopefully the woman the drunk driver gets 25 years.
It always amazes me when people make comments like these. Do you know what road they were on? You don't? Then why are you bothering to say "they shouldn't have been allowed in golf carts"? This is a wedding where lots of planning went into dude... odds are that YES this was a road where the golf cart was legally allowed on. It was described as a side beach road.
There is a clear, evident sense of awkwardness in the exchange here as other comments also indicate, that said, how can it not be anything but awkward? The man is being interviewed about the sudden death of his wife after their wedding. It appears as though the journalist is teary/glassy eyed, but with the type of job, she has to keep her composure/self control from breaking down. It wouldn’t be very becoming if she was hyperventilating crying sobs with tears and snot as she were trying to interview the invited guest, thus she probably tried to draw strength from the wedding memories, from the notion of their marriage love as though that bond of love was the focus of the conversation not the tragedy, even so it included both. Comments too critical without properly assessing the situation, as seems also happens. God comfort anyone involved, by this tragedy, God’s love, The Lord’s strength upon them.
I'm sorry about your tragedy about your accident too I'm so sorry you know life you'll find somebody else who really who loves you too and have children and have a family settle down in God bless. Family
Can’t even imagine the pain he must be in. I’d probably wish I had died to rather then having to face such a horrible loss. Best wishes to him & there family & friends moving forward. 💐 👰🏻♀️
They said on Nancy Grace it wasn’t a traditional golf cart that you drive on a course it was a diff kind of cart and was street legal in that area 🤷♀️
Being LEGAL to drive is one thing. Being SAFE to drive on the road with other drivers is totally another. It boils down to "even if you can, you would be better advised NOT to" considering the fact that a car or truck can and will make minced meat out of a glorified golf cart if a collision occurs.
But who rides a golf cart on the STREET? This country does nothing to drunk drivers. That driver should serve a life sentence for the life and heartache she caused
Eric. I can't fathom. I have had earth shattering loses though. Once I started listening to "near death experiences" testimonials. That was a game changer. Sam is with you in spirit. Keeping you in prayer.
Reality, some want nights and days too end fast and others dont want them to end, Reality is, they all end and some are never seen again. Lifes short, spend your time living it.
Why is the interviewer smiling? This is not a laughing matter.
It's disturbing how the reporter is smirking and smiling at times, I hope it's just out of awkwardness.
Maybe, she might not want to cry in front of him, holding her pain thur smiling.
She is a psychopath, fancy smiling at someone's despair. What a horrible narcissist.
Reporter has no empathy, all about how she looks on camera.
She has teary eyes and she’s trying to hold it in. It’s obvious. You can hear she sounds nasally as well.
Absolutely heartbroken for this man and their families. I feel his pain speaking of his beautiful wife. RIP Sam
This is so sad! She should go to jail for life.
Why is she smiling bro this lady’s creeping me out
Worst part is the driver says on a call to family. Saying “why did this happen to me”. She deserves 15+ years for this.
She deserves life, she has taken one and destroyed his life.
@@aglaisioThe max in South Carolina is 25 years from what I’ve searched.

God Dam! How does she sit there not crying and smile at the poor guy?
I'm dying inside for him.
@1:05 and @1:18 She's cracking up laughing in his face! 😂
@Benny Boogenheimer She's smiling at him because he's recalling a beautiful memory. How do you know the reporter didn't cry off camera moron

Same here, like why is she smirking at the grief !
A ghoul! She's paid to exploit human grief and misery. News media is vile.
Her demeanor is off, like she's trying to emulate empathy, but really doesn't know how. It was weird, and I noticed it right away.
You can’t send positive energy. Positive energy isn’t a think. Stop being ridiculous. You’re doing nothing.
Omg! I just wrote the same thing!!! Glad to know someone else saw it!

Why is this reporter smiling so much?? How disrespectful
She's literally cracking up laughing. @1:06 and @1:18
Come on guys, she’s discussing his happy times with Sam. Do you actually think she’s laughing at the situation?
@annisa Baksh She was smiling when he was recalling his beautiful memories of the wedding.
Finally someone else notice. That's a really rude and cold behave.

Poor guy. I feel for him. How terrible. WHY is this reporter smiling so much? She makes me sick.
Father, carry this man through this storm. Wow...this is tremendously sad
I don't know about this newscaster. It seems like she's smiling and non empathetic.

Heartbreaking 😢😢😢
That interviewer was the worst. Smiling while asking him about the death of is wife? Compassion...try some.
That’s f*cking devastating
It was great that he finally recovered from his physical wounds gathered the courage to speak out his emotional wounds. He is a strong man💪💪💪
Now this is some sad stuff is i ever saw one

This ought to be mandatory viewing for every friggin' drinker out there. Poor dude, what a horrible loss! RIP Sam.
The reporter was smiling, but because she asked about his happy memories with his wife, nothing else. 🤍
Im getting married in July. I think about this. Why them? Why her? Its not fair.
Can you squeeze me in on the guest list? I make a mean potato salad.

You're so right. She's an a--hole.
The crew/cameraman should have told the reporter not to smile & smirk so much. It's offputting when interviewing a traumatized victim.
I guess the drunk driver will get away since the golf cart was not street legal right...I guess we need some legal clarification on this one...
