TRACKING GROWTH, CREATING YOUR ‘WHYS’ , NEW JOURNALING METHOD

- After reading the Compound Effect and listening to much of Jordan Petersen’s work, I got the idea to create a journal with several of the principles they both strongly encourage.
This journaling method I have named the Success Journal. To begin, I took time to write out my lifelong whys.
Then Preferences, dreams, and lifestyle hopes.
Finally I write frequently (I have done this now for about a month and a half,) documenting growth, fails, weekly and daily goals.
All that to say, I’ve thought it was pretty awesome!:)
