Sometimes when the Traffic on air is too much we might mess up, its all about the fast precisions.

what I'm missing in the game is wind direction and maybe even wind speed, which is kinda factor number one on picking landing and takeoff direction

Played the demo, a fun game !

You might find it easier to stick to dedicated landing and takeoff runways, that way you can plan in advance of where traffic will be before it even departs. You should give every aircraft roughly the same instructions, basically wanna create a conga line of aircraft inbound to the runway, so they're always exactly where you want them to be and have equal spacing.
