Had a few questions on signing. The plan as of now is to sign the box or have a signing event. Don’t worry, the engines are safe! :)
This looks like one awesome engine Chris. Ken Sr/Ken Jr are two of the best in the business. Trainland on Long Island is an awesome store and a great place for a signing event hint hint! 😂
They didn’t say if it’s going to compatible with the lion chief app did they?
Will the engine paint scheme be on one of the caty locomotives
You can aign all engine boses scheduled for delivery and you can have a special signing event at Trainland' in Lynbrook for those that can make it to the store
How do people make a custom run of any engine? Do you have to be a UA-camr to make custom runs?
My grandpa and my great great grandpa both worked for the Katy. So while I’m too young to remember it, the Katy holds a special place for me as well. I have a lot of HO Katy locomotives and rolling stock. Just wish this was in HO scale!

I'm very excited for this locomotive. When I saw the announcement with trainworld I started laughing because I had ordered the UP MKT heritage unit from lionel. Can't wait to see both (little more excited for the custom run) in person. I'm going to need to do a lash-up with the UP MKT heritage, RBP custom run, and the Eric's trains custom run on one train.

I personally will have Lionel produce a custom run SD70M for my company in the future when they re-catalog the SD70M!

There now needs to be a 1:1 scale The Katy running around again based off this one. You hear me UP, BNSF, ect.
This is super awesome! If anybody deserves the privilege to do a custom run locomotive like this, it's definitely you! I have great appreciation for the positive vibes you and your O-Gauge buddies bring to the community. We desperately need that type of vibe and brotherhood throughout the rest of the hobby!

I get a big kick with watching your videos and how you're speaking to the audience. I have never thought about getting a Katy engine until I started watching your videos and looking at your t-shirts. Look what you have created in two short years. Unfortunately for me I live on the West Coast and I'm not able to hook up with you at these events. Maybe that's a good thing because I have a similar personality to yours. We would have everybody in stitches laughing in a short amount of time. I really like your layout and your collection. Chris your videos are always entertaining and informative with train info and tips. Always checking and waiting for the next video to come. Watched this video yesterday and preordered today. That paint scheme is, I think is the greatest I've seen on UA-cam yet. It just pops. Awesome videos and keep up the great work, can't wait for more videos.
