I have a high prescription. ZENNI allows me to order Trivex which has a better optical performance than polycarbonate. Other companies won't let me order polycarbonate lenses (they don't have Trivex) & insist I order 1.67 or 1.74 lens index. Why would I pay more for thinner lenses that has a lower optical performance? (Abbe value). Zenni gives me the option to order the lens index I want.
My eyes can only handle CR-39 glasses. I have tried polycarbonate and Trivex. Both create extremely pronounced chromatic aberration. CR-39 creates the least, but it is still there.
Jumping on the blue light scam bandwagon doesn't exactly increase trust in your brand. The only harm from blue light is that it can disturb your sleep if you use a screen too close to bedtime, because midday sunlight is bluish, which makes your body think it must be midday, not time to sleep. Users can simply turn on the built-in blue light reduction feature on their operating system to prevent that problem. If there is eye strain from using a screen there is some other problem entirely, like having the brightness on their screen set too high, or gaming in a dark room.
