My favorite song from Beatles for Sale is really two - the one-two punch of "No Reply" and "I'm a Loser", which is one of the best starts to any Beatles album.
Instead of new material, I sure wish he would finish the reissues of his catalog. Still waiting on "London Town", "Back To The Egg" and "Press to Play"
Not sure when or if we'll get a (Super) Deluxe reissue of Dark Horse. Dhani has reported that the next project from the Harrison estate will be a reissue of the Concert for Bangladesh. Let's hope we get some or all of the daytime show and the rehearsal of "If Not For You."
I was at the last show at the O2 in London and it was fantastic. Ringo joined Macca the last time I saw him there too but somehow this time was more magical because my wife and teenage son were with me. I've been squinting at that crowd shot and can see where we were sitting but the resolution is too poor to zoom in and see ourselves. It's nice to appear (in theory) in a photo with Paul though!
The first four songs on side one of Beatles for Sale are outta this world to me since it came out in 1964....🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉... I love the rest of the lp too!!!!
Of course in The United States, 'Beatles for Sale' was re-packaged as 'Beatles '65'... more or less. I still have my copy! And frankly, I prefer our domesticated version to that of the British one; it has not only 'No Reply' and 'I'm a Loser", but also 'I'll Be Back', 'I Feel Fine', and 'Mr. Moonlight'! Can't beat that!!!!!
This was a nice wrap-up video. I happen to like the Dark Horse album. I think the main thing that people don't like about it is that George's voice sounds really bad, but I think the songs are good. I really don't like his cover of "Bye Bye Love," and "Ding Dong" gets a little boring before it's over. I think if George had figured out a nice happy guitar solo for it, it would have been a better and more entertaining song.
That photo of Lennon and Starr from 1973 does NOT feature Harrison. The guy sitting is Bill Schnee…..ever smiling …..ever loving. There are photos of Harrison at that same studio a few days later and his hair is completely different. It’s just as it is in the gatefold photo inside “Living In The Material World”. Again, it’s NOT George Harrison in that photo with Lennon and Starr.
Paul and Ringo have been working together on and off since the Beatles broke up so can we please stop calling it a reunion every time they perform together?
Macca can't sing anymore. His Voice is Gone. "Sgt. Pepper" sounded Fine, Musically but Paul couldn't sing it anymore. I Imagine his new record will have all kinds of Auto-Tune and other extreme processing.

I agree, especially “No Reply” which, I feel, does not get the amount of attention it deserves.
mr.moonlight and baby's in black for me
@@christdiaz4587 Nice! Love both of them...✌️

My favourite songs from "Beatles for Sale" are "What you're doing" and "Baby's in black".
"I Don't Want to Spoiel the Party" and "Rock And Roll Music"
Anniversary Dark Horse - yes please - and - Extra Texture ... 33 and 1/33 etc
It would be great to have some form of expansion of George Harrison’s Dark Horse album.
Major title text mistake at 4:09. Otherwise good video
Eorge Harrison
If George happened to show up today that would be his name.
I asked the instant replay judges to review it and they agreed that it's only a minor boo-boo.
❤❤❤

McCartney contributed (and sang backup on) that Ringo album.

Paul McCartney and his bass are like Rambo and his M60 machine gun. Both iconic and lethal.
Well, that’s an incongruous image, considering what The Beatles stood for.
Favorite song from Beatles for Sale is I’m a Loser.
My favorite is “No Reply”. It tells a complete little story in just 2 minutes and 15 seconds.
Billy Preston documentary should be great, have you seen The Session Man Nick Hopkins documentary?
Does that video game have a "smoke weed all day" option?

Looking forward to the new Billy Sheers album.
This band needs to happen: Sean, Julian, Dhani and Zac with Stella doing fashionable merch
What about James? 😢
No...just no.
@@vitocasola4309 James can be the roadie 👍

You could say it was a Beatles reunion in a way
