Making Pork Tonkatsu

- I'm cooking up some chicken katsu, but I swap out the chicken for pork so it's really Tonkatsu 🐷 Check our my son helping me put Alexa in her place, and see if my husband Andy notices I slightly burnt dinner

CABBAGE DRESSING
1/4 cup Japanese mayo
1 TBSP sriracha
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1.5 tsp sugar
1 glove garlic, minced
- Mix this all together. Adjust to taste. Drizzle on top of thinly sliced cabbage
KATSU DIPPING SAUCE
2 TBSP ketchup
2 tso Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
- Mix this together. Adjust to taste. I use this to dip my katsu =)

I love how your cooking is so real, with burnt food and too much sugar added by accident left unedited. It feels like my own cooking and it's a joy to watch. Some people go to great lengths to time and splice frames so that everything looks perfect, but I think doing that can get very tiring and will take away a certain charm and relatability from the video
