It's easy for us to demonstrate compassion toward people for whom love arises naturally, like family or close companions. This is inherently well and good. But the real hallmark for spiritual fortitude can be found in the resolution to love even those individuals whose shadows possess an uncanny ability to suffocate our radiance. Those scoundrels who, on the surface, appear to be our adversaries, who effectively arouse the demons that lay dormant and carefully hidden within in the labyrinth of our subconscious. But all the while, they are teachers, heavenly ordained messengers pointing the way to freedom. Divine love mistaken for contempt. Opportunities, not opponents.
Very true
Thank you.
Joshua Serina would you kindly explain how these people who are so difficult to live, are our messengers? I have two of them in my life. I just cut off one completely and feel great peace. The other is cut off too and I think about her a lot but try not to I feel better off without her too. Again please explain. I'm hungry to learn.
Joshua Serina it's supposed to say in my text the people who are so difficult to love not live.
@@donnapierangeli6216 I understand this question very well. In fact, I've had to cut off some people myself through the years. These are consistantly toxic people who invade our lives, and although we should never make such decisions like ending relationships(especially close ones) in haste, there are times when it is appropriate. Especially when these people bring an overwhelming amount of grief and stress. I do believe every relationship has a teaching to offer us, especially about ourselves. When other people create adversity, they are actually pointing to a deeper inner reality, a hidden part of ourselves that needs attention. They show us where we are lacking, or what we are still holding onto. On the other hand, they also can teach us to be more guarded in order to protect our energy, and to sever our ties completely with someone who feeds on drama or isn't interested in reconciliation. Or perhaps it may be a friend or confidant that you may no longer relate to on a spiritual level. But again, a decision like this should only be made after serious consideration. Listen to the soul, not the ego. And whatever choices we make in the end, even if it means removing people from our daily life, we should absolutely never ever remove anyone from our heart, friend or foe. Such conclusions should never come from a spirit of hate. We are more aligned with our true nature when we love everyone, even more so when we love those who challenge us directly. Never forget that these human beings who abuse or harass us are suffering too. Their pain, which may have accumulated from repeatedly not being validated, loved, or held, builds up internally over time and is usually not visible to us on the outside. So the initial impression we get from anyone is just a snapshot, but it doesnt reveal the entire story of events that led to why they are the way they are. And I would say that the common denominator among people who thrive on hurting others is pure ignorance; they are blind to the full impact of their behavior. "Evil" itself is also a form of ignorance.
What a great guest. You can even bring him back a third time. Thank you!!!!
Yes...let the small stuff go.
Being happy is a choice, amen!
Beautiful man, beautiful mindfulness! Dr Rao's voice should be programmed into vehicle navigation, along with small bits of his wisdom like "...there is a slowdown on the highway 2 miles ahead that will create an estimated 8 min delay. This is good news since you had a longer than average workday. The 8min delay will allow you time to tense and relax your arms and then your legs to help release the stress of the workday so you can be ready to relax when you get home. Also, the short delay will ensure the sprinkler system next to your driveway will have completed it's evening watering cycle, so your car will not get any water spots on it. This will maintain the perfect finish from the car wash you got yesterday."
I bet there'd be a lot less road rage & speeding tickets.
(Psst- Alex, maybe you can ask Dr Rao to start working on this?)
Loved this! ❤️
Yes!! Amen.
Kate Ovetdiet I agree with you.

Esther Hicks would be a nice voice for that too. 😊

Another amazing interview. Thank you dr Rao for the amazing insights.i actually use your description of the motorists daily as I commute 3 hours a day to and from work I breathe deeply and imagine that all have their own issues - and I find when I get home I am no longer a rubberband ball of stress. I also have let go of most judgements of others and stick to my lane in life as everyone has free will. "It's a beautiful life, don't waste it...... Each day is your life in miniature, you're born when you get up in the morning, you die when you go to bed at night." That's a life altering thought. 💜☮
Thank U Alex, realy realy intresting, listend two times🙏🙏
One on the spiritual path does not destroy anything. One embraces it with loving kindness and it goes away. Destroy, implies resistance and whatever you resist ,persists. This guy got this from an old or something.
Thanks for your time I'll give it back some day love ❤️

Many thanks 🌻❤
Amazing ❤❤❤❤
Very beautiful - thank you. That flashlight story is great-- mine is an awareness that leads to my peaceful morning coffee. The weather conditions, the worker with a baby on her back planting the coffee beans or tea- sun, wind and water that nurtures the plant whose fruits are reap by that woman, sorted for best beans , dried and processed-packaged and traveled hundreds of miles to my store- coffee shop where someone brews and prepares it to my taste so that I can say Aaaaah- I am so fortunate- thank you nature, thank you worker- you made this moment possible.❤
Thanks!
Totally resonate with it.I wish you have Mooji on your show, and if you had it , make him come again ! So powerful messages from Dr. Srikumar ! Ty both for making us realize that we are pure energy, and we can`t be harmed !

ThanksMuch!
Man! I wish I could embrace the idea of having a good day while cleaning up the stuff that is inevitably going to fall from the sky. But, alas, I am not that enlightened yet. Guess it’s something to work on. 😂
Gosh I wish this concept at beginning of my adult life instead of the end of my life😢
It would be helpful if there was a link to the full video.
Best yet! Thanks Alex 😊
Wow, thanks!
It’s all right here in this lil chat ✨

1st question, 4:13 mind blown so soon! lol 🙏❤✨✨
I see you doing radio
"Why do you have to tell yourself your own thoughts?"
💜🙏💜
Srikumar is repeating the same content time and again. He memorized this cotent many years ago. These are exactly same words and same stories. He repeats same content all the time, in all his appearances. I hope he comes up with some thing new. As audiences already know what he is going to say next.
