Happiness resides in the now- present moment. Enjoy the journey (do it with excitement) and be happy in the little accomplishments or failure like a game whether you win or lose it doesn't matter. Learn the lesson if you lose and do better next time. The if- then model basing your happiness is like chasing after the wind, when you don't really know how or when it will arrive. Great concepts packaged beautifully. Be present in the moment and enjoy life now. What the journey makes of you is what matters- a better person of what you identify yourself as. I am very grateful for your practical message. I think it's the time for realize, the reality . According to my age , maybe possible to keeping happy, enjoyable moments with practice with body and mind exercise and change to habit continuously reading the perfect conception about such things.Imagination and expectations gradually increase my anxiety. But if I change this mind settings into books about such knowledge about creating personal growth and development of personality and personal growth of Mind and body , maybe lower for keeping privacy policy and personal peaceful thinking. May be decrease of my expectations and will remain attention to learn English language more. Thanks.

He seemed short of breath to me. He should have a glass of water nearby when he is speaking. Also, I noticed the top of his head was sweaty, and he kept trying to discreetly wipe the sweat away before it dropped into his eyes or on his face. I’m sure it was hot under the stage lights, especially with that long-sleeve shirt on. He might not have been feeling well, but pushed through it to finish his presentation.
