    I've noticed lately a source of my stress has been feeling the need to get up and accomplish everything (the need to control my environment) and we have to listen to our body's natural rhythm-- rest when needed, take a step back, be still.

    This feels like a click-bait title, and, the goal is not to eliminate stress (that's not an attainable goal)-the goal is to manage stress. We need SOME stress to get ourselves out of bed in the morning (goals, purpose, dreams to pursue). That is eustress, or positive stress. We don't need the anxiety, overthinking, and procrastination stress that are typical in society.
