  • Resepi kali ini ialah roti sosej yang lembut dan mudah disediakan dengan hanya sekali proofing. Roti sosej ini boleh bertahan selama 2 hari pada suhu bilik dan boleh disimpan di dalam peti sejuk untuk tahan lebih dari 1 minggu. Bakar sebentar roti pada suhu 150℃ sehingga roti hangat sebelum dinikmati supaya rasanya lebih segar dan sedap.

    Jumlah Hidangan : 12 biji roti sosej
    ❤DOH ROTI :
    125 ml susu sejat/susu segar/susu penuh krim (sejuk) | 1/2 cawan
    1 biji telur gred A
    20 gram gula pasir halus | 1 & 1/2 sudu besar
    5 gram yis kering segera | 1 & 3/4 sudu teh
    73 gram tepung gandum | 1/2 cawan & 1 sudu besar (kami pakai Baker's Choice)
    190 gram tepung roti | 1 & 1/2 cawan
    4 gram pelembut roti | 1 sudu teh *optional
    1/4 sudu teh garam
    30 gram mentega (lembutkan)/ marjerin | 2 sudu besar
    ❤HIASAN:
    Sapuan telur : 1 telur + 1 sudu besar susu
    6 batang sosej belah 2 / 12 ketul sosej kecil
    Sos cili
    Mayonis
    Parsley kering
    SUHU MEMBAKAR : 180℃ | 355℉ selama 20~25 minit, atau sehingga roti berwarna kecoklatan. Bakar pada rak kedua bawah, api atas bawah. Ketuhar dipanaskan selama 10 minit.
    SAIZ LOYANG : 10 X 10 inci (22 x 22 cm) - boleh pakai loyang pembakar jika tiada.

    Hello my loyal viewers, this time we're making delicious, easy to make pull apart sausage bread. The bread requires only one time proofing and the texture is very soft and fluffy. It can stays up to 2 days at room temperature, or you can refrigerate so that it can lasts up to a week. Re-bake the bread at 150℃ preheated oven until the bread is warm to touch.

    Yield : 12 pieces pull apart sausage bread
    ❤BREAD DOUGH:
    125 ml evaporated milk/fresh milk/full cream milk (chilled) | 1/2 cup
    1 large egg
    20 grams fine granulated sugar | 1 & 1/2 tbsp
    5 grams instant dry yeast | 1 & 3/4 tsp
    73 grams all purpose flour | 1/2 cup & 1 tbsp (I used Baker's Choice)
    190 grams bread flour | 1 & 1/2 cups
    4 grams bread improver | 1 tsp
    1/4 tsp salt
    30 grams softened butter / margarine | 2 tbsp
    ❤DECORATIONS:
    Egg wash : 1 egg + 1 tbsp milk
    6 pieces sausages (halved) / 12 pieces cocktail sausages
    Chili sauce
    Mayonnaise
    Dried parsley
    BAKING TEMPERATURE : 180℃ | 355℉ for 20`25 minutes, or until golden. Bake at second bottom rack, top & bottom heat mode. Oven is preheated for 10 minutes.
    BAKING PAN SIZE : 10 X 10 inches (22 x 22 cm) - you can use baking tray if baking pan is unavailable.
