- This device is a great invention made to enjoy the tall ride of a Police seat even better. Fits on top of the air bladder or the spring on a newer Harley police bike. I love it.

I’ve had this for a week. The feeling of maneuverability and control is remarkable with just this change in geometry.

Robert waters, I like it a lot. Seating position is posture-perfect. Confident and Crisp.
Wow that's a beautiful bike. Looks like the company's website is down but hopefully it comes back online soon as I need one of these. Thanks for sharing this.
That’s too bad. This is a great product. Maybe they will pop up on eBay.

Sweet setup
so am i correct in understanding that any of the police seats should fit my 2012 electra glide ? wanna put an air ride solo seat on my bike
Actually the seat frame, there’s a metal T under the seat. Try to find a police seat, bladder, air-ride and the plastic cover that hides all the stuff under the seat, like the battery etc. for your year police bike. there are a couple video I have seen on UA-cam years ago.
Nice setup Kip. I found a great deal on a complete police solo setup with the matching Mustang pillion. Installed it and rode to a friends place and quickly found out why the police bikes have the long stemmed mirrors. Then realized my windshield is too short and got a lot of buffeting. I had to revert to my original seat I was leaving for a 2 week tour. Do you have the police tall tombstone windshield on your bike and can you adjust your stock mirrors?
It is the stock windshield, but I added the police mirrors and police height handlebars. Handlebars stock on a Heritage “I think”
Great video Kip. I was looking for that style of seat for my wifes 2016 Road King. Can you provide me any further details? Make and model, etc
Hey, it is a Police seat from a 2011 road king. I brought it to my upholstery guy, Donny, at A&E upholstery in Melbourne, Florida. I picked out a color and described how I wanted it. The chrome ring is from a 1960’s FLH that I got from eBay. Had it re-chromed locally. Harley dealers used to throw out these seats in the dumpster when they took in a PD to sell. You can find them on EBay.
Hey sir what rear seat did you go with? I think it matched the police seat perfectly!
It was a Mustang brand. The upholsterer added a bit of width about 1.5”
Does anyone know where I can pick one of these up now that company doesn’t exist anymore
Can anyone recommend a good brand of aftermarket 'police' style seat for a Softail Slim please. I currently have a Mustang, but it's too low, so I've had to put on an air cushion, however I like the idea of a polic style seat, especially with the chrome bar around the back of it.
Hey, that’s an ordinary police seat recovered. The chrome ring I got from eBay, off a 1965 FLH Harley. The back seat is a mustang but I had it widened and more padding, firm stuff added by my upholstery guy. Made it as tall as I wanted.
hi. Where did you get the buddy seat grab rail ? i also noticed you got faux seat springs. looks awesome
eBay. 1965 FLH sear ring re chromed Locally.
@KipBurbank1 ah thanks. I'm guessing that's a newer solo seat with springs
Hello Kip, great video! I would like to know who did your seat and is it leather? I want to change the color of my FLHP solo seat.
Donny at A&E upholstery in Melbourne, Florida. He did several pieces over the years, always looks special.
@@KipBurbank1 Thank You!!! By the way, do they have a website or do u have their phone number. Once again, thanks....
Found them!!!
Where did you get the passenger seat
That’s a “Mustang” seat I ordered somewhere on line. My upholstery guy made it taller and wider and recovered it in that design.
