The injunction was denied with the judge saying that the student/athletes can sue the NCAA later.

There are no facts. There is no case or controversy. The host just makes up what He thinks the NCAA will argue. Basically, this is NCAA, bad. while lawlessness and the destruction of college football, good. Despicable.
You're delusional. Do you realize the corrupt NCAA is already doomed? They are going to lose a 4 billion dollar class action lawsuit in California. They are going to lose an anti-trust lawsuit brought by ten states plus the Department of Justice. Don't sit there and pretend the NCAA cares about fairness. The NCAA only exists to siphon money from the universities and players.
