I don't really care about the paying of players, but the tampering with currently rostered players is way out of line. You can't do that in pro leagues, why is it ok in the NCAA? The NCAA should address more important issues, maybe even something that restricts head coaches from jumping ship so often, something like restricted free agency where the current school has the opportunity to match the contract. I don't know the right answers, but that stuff is driving me crazy as a fan of CFB.
Like your points here...That would require for the universities to publicly proclaim these athletes as employees (which they really are , but they never want to say)
At this point they certainly are employees. It's kinda silly that the coach has to pretend like he isn't in cohoots with the NIL collectives for the sake of a loophole effect.
They showed the ncaa every text message. They attempted to talk to the ncaa multiple times. Did you not read beyond the first sentence of Danny White and Dr Plowman’s statement? Come on gentlemen.
@TheCrowdedBooth your idea of "caught" is passing a cop at 45 in a 45, a month later they change the speed limit to 35, and the chip finds you a writes you a ticket for speeding a month before the law changed. That's not getting caught. That's wrong in every way.

I don’t think Tennessee has upset anyone at the NCAA. Jere Morehead is the director of governors for the NCAA. Look at which school he runs.
So because Morehead runs UGA…that’s the reason the NCAA came after Tennessee? Cmon now…

What was violated? You guys are not clear.
CLUELESS...... DAMM GUYS. DO YOUR HOMEWORK.
Kind of agree with another poster on here. If I'm gonna put out a video poking at Tennessee, Id atleast gather some facts first.
So where did we poke at Tennessee? Is it stupid to get caught with how lax everything is... but the NCAA is also wrong.....

Man this was a hard listen. Do some research next time.
