    Hello!
    The preparation certainly looks very tempting. I hope to make it soon.
    However can the same recipe be made with chicken ?
    If yes, is there any modifications needed in terms of the ingredients used or the cooking process ?

      U can follow the same format but add the chicken once the gravy turns light brown!

      5-6 no onion(medium) for brown onion paste.
      for regular onion paste take 2 no medium onion.

    How long will the whole process of cooking the mutton take? Is there anyway to reduce cooking time or pre-preparing part of it, so it can be made by restaurants?

      These kinda restaurant do slow cook only in a thick bottom pan or handi...
      It makes a big difference in the taste part

      Rishav Das u hv to cook...until the meat gets soft..first 20 minutes at a moderate heat..then slow flame

      bidipta mondal it will take a while!
      Depending on the quality of the meat..
      Should take around 60-80 minues

    Aita ki kosha mangsho holo ?? Aita holo mangsher jhol....without the water ofcourse !! Nice try.
    Authentic kosha mangsho has just these ingredients :- meat,onions,ginger,garlic,turmeric,chilli,ghee,and whole garam masala. No other flashy bussiness !!
    Trust me !!

    Why you cheat people with such a poor receipe ....you shown photographs of the final dish which are prepared in a resturant.....your preparation cannot bring that colur I have a passion to cook & I can tell this.
