Aita ki kosha mangsho holo ?? Aita holo mangsher jhol....without the water ofcourse !! Nice try. Authentic kosha mangsho has just these ingredients :- meat,onions,ginger,garlic,turmeric,chilli,ghee,and whole garam masala. No other flashy bussiness !! Trust me !!
Why you cheat people with such a poor receipe ....you shown photographs of the final dish which are prepared in a resturant.....your preparation cannot bring that colur I have a passion to cook & I can tell this.
Dude!! The final pics are always from the same kitchen!! I dnt get restaurant pics!! Never!! People did try n loved! Last but not the least, U have passion for cooking and i am a professional chef!

5-6 no onion(medium) for brown onion paste.
for regular onion paste take 2 no medium onion.
