Greetings!!! With reference to subject matter regarding arrangement of Gujarati translator at the time of US visa interview in Mumbai. My humble question is , can I take the translator even I can speak English nicely? Main reason is some times I can't properly understand the American accent. No. if extension is filed and you leave the country then it's automatically void. It's better to travel after the extension is approved. If you leave before your extension is approved, it will be rejected. But if your previous visa and stamp is still valid you can return to the US on that stamp, If it's not, you'll have to get a stamp in India
Visa is valid till four months after that... So can we come back and apply for extension.. it is not under premium processing right? How long does regular h4 extension within usa take ?
