Now they are asking for 6 lacs rs for 3 year visa and 1 year contract with them Also they are telling that this 6 lacs money will be refunded once you get the job in US also they will assist for getting job. Is this safe ?

I'm confused on the requirement of State ID or Drivers license? My mom has neither. On the proof of address part of Tatkal checklist, it says any of the documents such as utility bills, lease agreement or state id /local id, but video says we must submit state id????

Very well said...well explained. I moved to US (Chicago) back in 2014 with my wife right after marriage in my 30's and reloacted back to India by the end of 2020. So, yes I can very well relate to what you said. I was on H1 and my wife H4(no work permit). We enjoyed our US life a lot, traveled to all the prime locations, most of the caribbean islands and Mexico, had luxust cruise vacations twice and saved decent money. One day I saw an Indian family along with small kids begging outside Costco..that changed my life. I did my calculation what if we plan for a kid and realized it wont be a comfortable living even if I for GC and my wife manages a job...the kid wont get enough attention, so, we decided to relocate back to India on a high package. Took help of an expert financial advisor to dasign my financial journey ahead. Now I have kids, a luxury apartment with a very managable EMI and oberall a comfortable good life. I don't regret my decision to come back even for a moment. I prefer living a well above average life i. India over a standard life in the US. I know even if I lose the job I won't end up begging on the street..if I can do some little adjustments in my lifestyle.

Couple of false statements here. The L1 visa is dual purpose so there is no need to declare an intent to return to the home country.
