Very impressive, but I could never work like this because my puck is more wet and it is always sticking to the shower screen. I tried increasing and decreasing the dose. I tried grinding coarser and finder. I tried different beans. I cleaned everything. Nothing seems to help. This is so annoying that I would have bought another machine from Lelit if I had known that before. I bought the machine 1.5 months ago. Do you have any recommendations how I can fix this issue. Now where I watch this video I have hope.

@@lelitinsider2977 I know, but on Elizabeth you can disable steam boiler, what happens on preinfusion control then? Anyway, controlling preinfusion times and watching real time temprature changes on the LCC display are irrelevant with having one or two boilers. These two functions I mention above are super important and it's a deal breaker that Victoria and Kate don't have it! Lelit should be able to offer it with a simple firmware update to these two machines..
I don’t think you understand how exactly the preinfusion works on the Elizabeth. It’s been 6 months so maybe you’ve seen the video from lelit explaining the entire system. It requires 2 boilers to function. If you turn off the steam boiler on the Elizabeth preinfusion doesn’t work as
@@cman3465 Yes I understand, but on Victoria/Kate there is non programmable preinfusion. They could easily implement a system to let us control the duration of preinfusion. After market kits do this for other machines.
Regarding this model, the temperature sensor is positioned inside the boiler , so the the value change when cold water mixing with hot water. on the display isn't referred to the temperature of the erogation., but the temperature detected to the temperature probe.
Hi. I just purchased Lelit Elizabeth V3. My steam power is no where close to yours. If I get a large bubble (smaller than yours at 00:23), bubble floats on top. I'm no expert with latte art, but I'm no novice either. What should I look at??

@@oksako7932 Hello my coffee friend! 😊 You are absolutely right, I had my biggest anxiety while choosing between these two machines and I could not be happier with my decision. The reason for this is quite simple actually… before I made my decision I was a bit scared that I would miss out on a Lott of features etc and the “glory of blooming pre infusion “ etc haha. But when I realized that I’m real life you do not play around with settings etc all the time, when you get the perfect shot you stick with that setting. More things is that you have to follow your heart, meaning that you want a machine that is joyful to work with and keeps you wanting more each morning when you wake up to do “the routine “. Plus, it is built like a tank and will definitely hold much longer. There are so many aspects that in the end made me pick this beautiful machine and I really don’t regret this. Again , my decision maybe is not right for you but when you stand in front of these two machines, which one do you think you would get most joy from? I mean really, forget about features 🙄😆. Go with if you really want a counter” and digital buttons and want to tweak literally everything or if you rather want to enjoy the experience 😉. Maybe you really are a person that likes to make back to back shots all day long and then I’d pick Elizabeth. However, I still have no problem doing back to back shots either with the Mara… you just have to learn how she behaves. Oh yeah, that was another issue I had… I really thought that Mara would not be able to keep up if I for example would to back to back 2 cappuccinos and two espressos… but this is no problem really. Plus, if you later want to install a flow control unit you get endless of settings. I hope I have contributed to some wisdom in your decision making 😊🙏🏻 Please let me know which one you pick. If I had to pick one downside to this machine… then it would have to be the maintenance of the e61. Once you find the right balance of how often you want to use detergent when doing back flush and without detergent it will be easier. Have in mind to do more often flushes without detergent and the times you use it then use less so that it doesn’t degrease the internal components too much for easier maintenance.
Hello, @Lelitinsider, I just got my Elisabeth, When Ive drawn one shot, mach set att 95 degrees, the machine overshoots the temp to 100 degrees when its returning back to 95, then slowly starts dropping. Your machine seems to stay much better around set temp. Anything I can adjust? Thanks!
Sono indeciso tra questa macchina e il Breville dual boiler, ma essendo Lelit made in italy forse meglio questa. Ho notato sul sito però che non ci sono sedi in Italia, spero ci sia un supporto nel caso ci fosse bisogno di assistenza e riparazioni
Davvero stupefatto della qualità della macchina e della lancia vapore oltre ovviamente all'evidente padronanza del mestiere , volevo però chiedere se la pressione d'estrazione è già settata di default sui 9 bar o su un altro valore considerando che spesso accedere all'opv per modificare l'estrazione non è semplicissimo. @@nuovosalario per eseguire un cappuccino bisogna inizialmente estrarre un buon caffè, la grammatura nel filtro deve essere intorno ai 14/18g di macinato. una volta eseguito il caffè bisogna montare il latte, preferibilmente intero e freddo da frigo. la lancia deve essere posizionata a filo del latte così che il vapore si amalgami. detto questo bisogna versare il latte inclinando la tazza di circa 40° e versare senza avere fretta.
I have an Elizabeth V3. in your video when you press the coffee button the pump does not start and preinfusion goes to over 3 bar. in my machine pump starts for 1-2 seconds, and it barely goes up to 1,5bar , same with steam boiler off. why is my pressure so bad?

Any preinfusion time set in LCC includes the time in seconds for the pump run. e.g if BLP1 is 5 and button 1 is set for a 12 second preinfusion. The pump runs for 5 seconds and stops for 7 seconds. During the time the pump stops no pressure is applied and the coffee is left to soak (bloom). This can extract extra and interesting flavours. Note: you may opt for a lower value for a single basket and a higher value for a double. If you use less than 4 you won’t get a great bloom phase. The objective is to get the coffee puck perfused with some brew water before the pump stops for the “bloom phase”
Che miscela avete usato? Io ho la lelit Anna e non mi riesce di ottenere un caffè così corposo. Alla massima macinatura il caffè non esce, con un grado maggiore non viene così cremoso e denso. Massima invidia

if you don't solve the prblem you can try to thange the shower, you can install a competition shower with smaller holes

My unit during preinfusion only gets to 1 bar of pressure. Based on shot times, my grind size is good. Is something wrong?

tou can set the time of the erogation, it is not volumetric, if you want you can stop when you press the botton

At 9:06 the temperature is 96. After the end of the shot it is 86. Is it expected to drop this much ? 10°C ?

Che "ricetta" usate per i vostri cappuccini? Cioè quanti grammi di polvere e quanti di liquido (e tazzina da quanti ml).
Buongiorno, per il caffe' usiamo 16-18gr, per erogare 30-40gr di caffe', le tazze usate sono da 190 cl per la cappuccino .e 270 cl. per la versione L
