I am here to be a bit critical. First, team motivation is not a problem. Faltering in deadlines is. Problem is not defined properly.
Secondly, points dont stand ground.
As a student here at this college, I feel the best thing is that I've never left a single class without learning something or an insightful takeaway. The professors and the quality of the material provided is world class. I really appreciate that the courses are designed in such a way that they focus more on practical learning and that our classes are always supplemented with stimulating case studies and assignments.
The USP of the course is the international exposure that we get when the faculty from SDA Bocconi, Milan flies down to teach us our subjects (and of course the Milan Sem too). This has helped us to build a global mindset and network too.
The course's aim is to provide holistic development for the students and I think my colleagues and I can vouch that so far, it's been successful in doing so. No wonder the parent uni - SDA Bocconi School of Management is ranked #4 for the best European B schools by Financial Times (2022) and #1 in the Overall Satisfaction (WW) Global MBA Rankings by Financial Times.
It's so cool to see how Professor Magni encourages participation from all of the students. This makes the learning experience so much more engaging and meaningful.

Such a fun learning experience! I like how the case of solved here, ensuring that every student gets a chance to participate. Case based learning is probably the most efficient technique.

Loved the case and the way it has been solved. It’s so relatable, I’m sure most of us have been through this situation. Kudos to the professor for his teaching style, highly interactive and has practical solutions.
Thanks Amogh,

Typical MBA talk, lots of big words, no specific solution provided to the problem.
