The problem when you’d mg size 6ft 7 you can’t buy a gun off the shelf that fits I hate shooting average fitting gun for now i mainly shoot semi autos that have been adjusted to fit the best I can.
Brilliant video very educational, can anyone phone Hownhall and book some lessons?. I'm looking at some clay/skeet lessons, I've got my own gun but I bought it 35 years ago when I was a bit more fitter it's a bit heavy so I need a lighter gun. Many thanks Ron
Great video. I’ve heard plenty of shooters claim a particular brand of cartridge works best for their gun… do you think there’s any substance to the notion or is it a bit of voodoo?
I have personally shot a pretty good number of different brands and loads on paper. I will say there are significant differences. With a particular gun you generally will find a standout or two at the top and the bottom end of performance then a bunch that perform similarly in the middle. Its actually suprising to me how much better certain shells shoot than others when your mind tells you there shouldn’t be much difference. But in general the best shell in your gun is gonna be pretty dang good in mine too maybe not the best but good.
Simon Top class I’ve been shooting/hunting over 20 years and still find tips and information watching your videos thanks from Ireland 🍀
I have some RC JK6 12 bore cartridges which are in yellow plastic cases.
Really enjoyable and informative thanks 👍
Great stuff 👍👍
Excellent video. 👌
Some 12 bore are made in yellow or was. I had some RC in 35g 5s that were yellow not too many years ago. I may even still have some.

My 14 year old daughter is looking to start clay shooting, what would you recommend a 410 or 20 gauge?
Is that 725 a bit too blingy?
sound advise simon too many shops just want to take your money and dont give a hoot what they sell people
Well… Simon O’Leary and Drennan Kenderdine… reminds me of Favourite Uncle and Cheeky rascal Nephew…. Just sayin… and they both were good shots too 🙃
Great video.
