You should mention that its possible to upgrade 590+ epic weapons that you get from the Outpost Rush cash to legendary quality (Yes! With a 3'rd random perk) OPR is worth playing. Helpful video, linked it to my friend because i don't have the patience to explain everything five times to him :)
I just came back, when i quit last year my watermark were ar 570 ish, my ring and necklace like 510 for so many days... How long will it take to get it to 600 now? I crafted some gypsum stuff, but +4 expertise every 17h, not counting drops :D
If I'm not mistaken (so take it with a grain of slat lol), the devs did update how much your watermark will go up when using casts below 600. BUT, if you have infused scraps (from dismantling legendary gear) you can use those to make "infused gypsum orbs/casts" to bypass the daily limit of regular "gypsum orbs/casts".
@@gollese If you do the elite chest runs (Mines, Myrk, Sirens, Pools, etc) and do some dungeons, it goes pretty fast. I'd say between 1 - 2 weeks to get all your gear to 600. Then to 625 via umbral shards... that takes longer. It takes (around) 9000 umbral shards to get one item from 600 to 625.
Hi Scott another great video I've recently got to lvl60 and started obtaining the gypsum. Which of the gypsum should I concentrate on and which items should I try to get to 600 firstly. I've seen recent videos which suggested going for jewellery as your more likely to get better weapons and armour drops. Thanks in advance.
The advice of going for jewelry is pretty sound. I would look at your build and see what part of it is lacking? Need to dish out more damage, focus your weapons. Dying too much? Focus on your armor. In the end they will all get higher just from playing, so whatever you feel is necessary is more than fine! Hope it helps!
You can use them on both. Gypsum is a sure fire way to increase your GS up to 600. If you use a gypsum cast on an item slot that is already at 600, you will instead get umbral shards that are used to get from 600 to 625.
For pretty much all of this you NEED TO BE IN A GROUP OF PLAYERS, if like me youre a returning player and your guild is pretty much dead your kind of screwed, because trying to do any of this stuff solo will see you repeatably get trashed and your gear destroyed, there is STILL basically no end game SOLO content that is why is game sucks donkey balls
Ngl, it's gotten better. No where near perfect, but they made a lot of good quality of life changes. No more orbs for dungeons, moving while you have your inventory open, and some other changes as well.
@@ScottLndsFInest i played it for a couple weeks, and i just found myself chopping shit down constantly, and i also disliked the gated dungeons or whatever you call it. the pvp was cool though!
I wouldn't say the game is back more than i would say that the game industry so fucking stagnant right now that players are reaching to older games and anything that's being updated.

At 600 gs, you get 100 umbral shards for getting the cask at the kiln. At 625, it’s 400. Not much but it adds up if you got several items at 625.

Nope, the moment you get a drop and you get the notification that your expertise went up, you are free to dismantle the gear if you’d like!
