are you kidding me? this is the BEST video I can find, and honestly those mainstream youtubers dont come as close to being straight to the point with all the useful info. Thank you very much for this!
Just started playing first time like a week ago. Game is a juggernaut. You are the first to make sense of some of the game. Excellent video, and please let me know if there is more to learn cause the game is a bit overwhelming.
Another place to go is in Mourningdale? I believe the place starts with an E, can get Ironwood and Wyrdwood there as well but it is a lvl 45 elite zone so you'd have to be careful about that
Awesome video - sharing this with my company - thank you! Edit: only suggestion I have is adding "key moments" or ehsyever they're called in YT (the things that segment the video)
Nice video, had a lot of info. I came here trying to get some good skinning places but you sorta skipped over that. Stayed afterwards because it was still good content all around. Nice Job!
Yeah imo the devs fixed all the really good spots to do skinning. There are arguably better spots to go but if you skin things as you explore passively then it just kinda happens
just started watching the video, i can already tell youre putting in mad effort. you get a like, comment, and subscription from me my man. keep up the grind
Excellent video, I've just got to lvl60 the hard way and are having to go back to get my skills levels up. I wish I had seen this video when I started. It's given me some ideas where I went wrong and what I got right and how to proceed in the future. Looking forward to the brimstone video haven't started yet.

Wow! what a great resource for new players like me starting off on fresh start! ill definitely start by maxing out furnishing, that is definitely the best way to start! keep up the great work Scott
A little know place to farm StarMetal is around the southern area of Cutless Keys, on haunted island if you go to where the big c shaped rocks with the lost Mob fort is in the center of the rocks, go on the eastern back part of the rocks if you climb up on the rocks there are about 6 or 7 nodes of star metal and a few iron nodes going around the backside of the rocks. Follow the rocks all the way around and mine all the nodes, super easy to farm and no mobs to deal with.
@@ScottLndsFInest I am so lost on end game… lvl 60 all armor are 600 expertise… jewelry and weapons are a struggle… but I just have no clue what to do otherwise.
Indeed! Didn't want to waste too much time by saying all the reqs for each skill, instead just show each skill on screen so people can see the level reqs for each one!
Factions, while completely optional, are pivotal for endgame PvP content. It mainly applies to who you can and can't open world PvP against. Additionally, in the war scene, if your faction is involved in a territory war, you can only sign up for your faction. That being said, if the other two factions you aren't in are warring, you can sign up for either side.
Great work to combine everything, but wow - that was completely wrong information about skinning, skinning skill requirements depends on mob level, same for leather tier - it depends on mob level not type.
On my servers green wood has always been cheaper, and that's what I based that statement on. Regardless, green wood is the easiest wood to farm so it still makes it a prominent choice for charcoal. I did say you can use any, but I just gave my opinion on the best one to use.

a guide like this really needs timestamps. with all the effort you have already put into it, that would be rather low effort for a big gain.
Thanks for the tip! I'll see if I can do it even though its already uploaded, I can put them in future vids!
👍 great advice

Furnishing might not be too bad this time around now that people know its importance

Does using gathering skills (logging, mining) give you territory xp in that territory?
I believe it does, though its not much maybe 5xp per gathering action.
Just started playing the game on the free weekend I am lvl 23 but having fun. What are the faction and does it matter what I join for endgame content?
Factions, while completely optional, are pivotal for endgame PvP content. It mainly applies to who you can and can't open world PvP against. Additionally, in the war scene, if your faction is involved in a territory war, you can only sign up for your faction. That being said, if the other two factions you aren't in are warring, you can sign up for either side.
You play on Eden how you feel about the merge.
I think its going to be good. Activity is noticeable low on Eden, and the market isn't as stable or consistent with the other servers.
Great work to combine everything, but wow - that was completely wrong information about skinning, skinning skill requirements depends on mob level, same for leather tier - it depends on mob level not type.
Yeah it was a long day when I edited everything. Didn't realize it until the video was already uploaded.
Articulated very well. Thankfully, no loud Obnoxious Music to mask and cover-up poor voice skills.
Glad you enjoyed the editing! Got some more vids coming soon!
we need timestamps
Added them this morning, should be in now!
I’m sorry dude you are laying subtle lies all over. Use aged wood for charcoal. It is always cheaper than green wood.
On my servers green wood has always been cheaper, and that's what I based that statement on. Regardless, green wood is the easiest wood to farm so it still makes it a prominent choice for charcoal. I did say you can use any, but I just gave my opinion on the best one to use.
Where is your video on this if you know better?
"Laying subtle lies all over" then literally only lists one thing that's not even true. Learn to communicate before opening your mouth.
