- BRISBANE, Australia, October 30, 2018 -The Masters of Qawwali, Fareed Ayaz, Abu Muhammad Qawwal and Brothers grace Brisbane for the first time, hosted by the University of Queensland Pakistani Students Association, and performing at the Queensland Multicultural Centre to a sold-out hall.

After Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan.....they are the best and the most of Qwwalli and Punjab....I love them.....from Pakistan community in New York City and Boston play them a lot.....we love this band from Pakistan.
They are not from Punjab. They are Karachi based since ever.
Following the original Delhi style of Urdu and Brij Bhasha, Fareed shb belongs to the lineage of Ustad Munshi Raziuddin, Mehboob Ahmed whose work is a pinnacle of original style of qawwali created by Hazrat Ameer Khusrau. They are their ancestors are from Karachi after partition.

Why we are two seperate nations? Same feelings, same emotions, common lineage. We have a common legacy. Hindawi of Amir Khushro, Kabir who had born Muslim but had Hindu Guru. Why in this period of so much of outer development we have become so narrow innerwards?
