If instead you type [OPEN], it'll show the body bag opened with guts spilling out, and you have to run from White Face. Thing is, you are weak and have only 1 HP left. If he touches you at that point, the game closes. Otto the Otter is a joke character inserted by the creators because they were tired of the requests of adding an animatronic to the game. He is slow and does minimal damage. If you somehow die to him, he does a cheap jumpscare.

Obviously the hype from the cancerous FNAF fandom (Now hold on, I like the games, but I really do have to admit the fandom is shit) caused all the requests. Another sad thing is that many people recognize White Face as Gaster from Undertale, (Again, good game, cancerous as all hell fandom) And it just aggravates me due to two things. White Face has little resemblance to Gaster, and two: Can people really not tell the difference in dates, that Spooky's came out way before Undertale was even announced. It's so sad people don't recognize how amazing of a horror game I'm Scared was, and still is.

The guy wrote in one of his letters that he found a large sickle to use to defend himself. The Old Man carries around a large sickle as his weapon. Also, the writer said in his final letter that he's stopping in what can be assumed to be Specimen 12's room.
I was actually thinking the same thing when the reader said they noticed a sickle in the tree. I rewatched the original playthrough of the game and remembered it instantly when Mark read that note. I thought that was really cool and would not be surprised if that's what happened honestly.

I played the game after first watching Pewdiepie play it. I also learned through playing that there was a whole other part of the game the Pewdiepie didn't record.
The only way I can see people being killed by Otto (Unknown Specimen 2) is if Bekka (Monster 6) appears from the exit door and forces the player to backtrack to Otto.
Man, that took me back. Imscared was one of the first games that truly scared me. The thought of being trapped in that room with nothing but the company of white face and ending it all truly filled me with dread.

Comment I made years ago. If you stay in a room afk for a couple of minutes the red clay skull thingy will end up two tapping you. Couple of things. You can knock down specimen 6 (puppet) with the axe stunning him temporarily. (Unless if they changed it in the newer updates) You can make the demon specimen (11 I think) disappear with the axe. (Teleport to a new location) At the white face death screen if you type open you get a second chase scene and if you make it out you get a second chance. Specimen 10 (the parasite) keep a medium distance from it. If you wander too far the parasite will detach and wriggle towards you at high speeds dealing heavy damage. In the karamari hospital dlc in the endless hallway. There is a monster that will insta kill you if you keep going. Remember to keep listening and memorize what every specimens theme is to know what you're dealing with. Hope this helps :)

Comment I made years ago. If you stay in a room afk for a couple of minutes the red clay skull thingy will end up two tapping you.
Couple of things.
You can knock down specimen 6 (puppet) with the axe stunning him temporarily. (Unless if they changed it in the newer updates)
You can make the demon specimen (11 I think) disappear with the axe. (Teleport to a new location)
At the white face death screen if you type open you get a second chase scene and if you make it out you get a second chance.
Specimen 10 (the parasite) keep a medium distance from it. If you wander too far the parasite will detach and wriggle towards you at high speeds dealing heavy damage.
In the karamari hospital dlc in the endless hallway. There is a monster that will insta kill you if you keep going.
Remember to keep listening and memorize what every specimens theme is to know what you're dealing with.
